Cycling, running, writing or any physical activity that involves endless loops of repetition will eventually lead to a state of losing oneself and will free the mind from the drudgery of constant stream of thought.

The only To Do that I can think of, that is worthwhile is, to take stock of the activities that i performed during the day and then evaluate as to how much closer have they taken me to where I want to be.

Advice

If Advice really worked then humans race would have been liberated by now completely. I mean all the greats of their respective fields have been there and done that and almost all of them have given their two cents to this world in the form of books, teachings, advice, Quotes and everything else.

But then how many of us have been able to liberate ourselves from the clutches of ignorance. Countless number of people are still struggling with the most basic concepts of their field.

So the question arises that if not advice then what does work??

If I answer this question then wont I be giving ADVICE too......

Long Term

For the last couple of days I have been so engrossed in the crypto currency markets that I completely failed to acknowledge my current work obligations. And after going through buzzing feeds on twitter and reddit I also realized that I am not the only one.

People over there have seen or are seeing so much action that mockingly or seriously they are talking about retiring through the funds made through crypto trading.

But at the same time I am a believer of value creation and that there is no free lunches. So based on the above principles laid in the foundation of capitalism I was shaken from my reverie. It was a call for me to sit back up again and start creating again. Money made in thin air or like a lottery winning WILL leave me with nothing more than bad habits.

Another strong reason for the above realism or pessimism is that like any other asset class, crypto is having its day and it too will face a cycle sooner or later. And with currencies losing their dominance and different countries coming up in the economic power hierarchy, I feel there will be a lot of turmoil in the financial world. And the only people who will survive this storm are the ones who are actually adding value to the society. So it doesnt matter if the coins or currencies goes up or down, north or south but the product that I create is desired by the society and the people will need it.

So rather than speculating all the time and letting greed take over me, I will rather create.
