I doubled this recipe but left the pepper flakes at 1 t. because I’m a wuss. It’s still delicious.  *I just realized that since this is an Alton Brown recipe, it kinda looks like the ‘AB’ stands for Alton Brown. It doesn’t. It stands for Archer’s Bones.
