So my dad was the assistant music editor on Tarzan, and idk if it was Bring Your Kid to Work Day or something but one day he did just that so there I was, this incredibly small 1st grader, in an absolutely cavernous recording studio with a full orchestra and a giant screen playing the scene they were taping the score for, and my little brain couldn't handle the big music and the big movie happening all at once so I started crying and it was the first time music ever brought me to tears and it was too much to take in so we stepped out of the studio and ran directly into Phil Collins, who looked to me very much like my dad, and in my delicate emotional state I became immediately convinced that my dad had been copied and nobody had told me so I started crying harder, and Phil Collins said something that was probably meant to be calming but it was with a British accent so I thought there was a copy of my dad in every country and I absolutely lost it at the notion that other kids would get to have my dad, and my dad ended up having to carry me back to the car.

So.

Sorry for crying very loudly at you Phil Collins, your work on Tarzan was so moving it triggered my first emotional breakdown.

So now you have three vampires sprinting at you, all of which 1. immediately go into a frenzy 2. rush you at the same time, eating two more stakes in the process like it’s NOTHING 3. and then one of them RIPS THE TREE YOU’RE IN OUT OF THE GROUND 4. the other withers your hand and breaks your bones and before you can really brace yourself 5. the freak that ripped someone’s head off on his way to you jumps through your chest? All in under thirty seconds. And the bat freak said she was gonna pass you around like a juice box.

Giroro & Natsumi's 20th Anniversary Chapter - English Translated

Volume 30 of the manga is mostly a collection of chapters based on each keronian/pekoponian duo in honor of the 20th anniversary....... this is Natsumi and Giroro's !!

this is the first time i've translated actual manga pages so hopefully it doesnt look too awkward and cringe for a first attempt at dialog....... ive been pushing this off for like,, 3 weeks but ive had the basic translation done for ages

the duo after this is momoka and tamama's which ill get around to eventually (hopefully not taking a month to finish it)

HOWEVER i will say that no matter how i translated this it was going to be cringe. there is never any gironatsu content that isnt cringe. this is me deflecting thank yoy
