I would like to reflect on my experience during the shoot of CHICKPEAS GALAXY by Rabah Ourrad.

Beyond the technical aspects, it was the artistic side that really stood out to me. I realized that when working with artists, you have to give them a certain level of freedom during a shoot (but not too much, lol) �, without confining them to a rigid framework.

Being used to directing my actors' every move �‍♂️, whether during a shoot or a photoshoot, this performance with the chef taught me the importance of anticipating his movements so I could position myself in the ideal angle. I had adjusted my lighting to get the right balance of contrast while maintaining a wide range of movement, allowing me to move freely.

Of course, I had a clear vision of the final result, thanks to our discussions about the concept. Once on set, I captured as much footage as possible to faithfully document the performance.

In post-production, I ended up with a lot of raw footage, so I had to sift through it and create an initial rough cut of around 25 minutes. Little by little, I refined the edit and worked on sound effects to give the video a galactic feel.

Quand le client nous sollicite à seulement 12 jours du début du Ramadan pour réaliser un film en moins de 10 jours, nous relevons le défi. Je vous présente le film "Equity", que j'ai écrit et réalisé en étroite collaboration avec Rise Communication .

Le brief initial visait à démontrer l'impact d'Algérie Télécom sur la société algérienne. Nous avons donc opté pour une approche émotionnelle, utilisant un texte riche en métaphores pour rappeler la mission à laquelle Algérie Télécom s'est engagée.
