This is actually only half true. Your mind is actually practicing all the time and especially when you're asleep. This is why you should not be flippant about #sleep. There are a lot of motivational speakers and celebrities out there making statements like "I'll sleep when I die" and "Sleep is for losers" and "If I sleep I may miss the #opportunity that's in front of me". Lets be clear about something - there is no denying something as fundamental as #biology. Both the #human #body and #mind need #rest. For it is during the rest i.e., sleep a.k.a. unconscious phase that our bodies and minds go through the processes of cleaning, clearing and cementing.
