I've seen just about every variant of Marauders era Slytherin ships (I think people call them the skittles, but I don't like that name) except for one, so I got curious because I thought "surely Evandora has got to have some fan base" and turns out it's three posts about twincest. Like guys, you realise they're not actually related right? You realise that Evan Rosier is canonically at least two years older than her right? You realise this ship doesn't have to be incest if you don't want it to be right? Like, IDK, I thought the whimsical mad scientist lady being shipped with an evil rich pureblood might interest some people but you mean to tell me that because one person decided they were twins (literally defies canon since Evan is older than the Marauders and Pandora is younger) and popularised that, it's not allowed to be a thing outside of dark ships? Why can't Pandora date an evil rich guy to invest in her alchemy? Like yeah, it could be anyone else, but Regulus has a redemption and Evan's the only other one close to her age that people like. Why is this not a thing???

Genuinely, I feel like you can't ship them without everyone assuming you also write them as twins. I get it's a popular head canon but it's so frustrating because they'd match each other's freak so hard and would be so good together but everyone gets weird about it when it's not even canon.

Greatest pain is losing interest in the fandom ive been invested in since covid.

It was my first ever fandom and for almost 6 years it took up every waking thought I had. I made so many posts, wrote so many fics, and made so many playlists and mood boards about them and yet, now? I can barely read fics about them without losing interest (hell, I can't even find any I want to read or even care about) and I just don't care as much as I used to.
