I love knowing that it doesn’t matter what’s going on right now. Because I can keep telling a new story.
One day’s focus is enough momentum for you to allow anything you want to flow into your experience.
If we were standing in your physical shoes, we would not let the reality of something be our basis for attention; we would let the feeling-vibration of it be our basis. So we would start saying to anyone who was interested in knowing what we were about, “If it feels good, I give it my full attention; if it doesn’t, I don’t look at it at all.”
The subject of self appreciation is literally at the heart of everything that everyone that you know is living. Law of Attraction means that which you are, that which you are feeling, that which you are oozing, that which you are thinking, that which you are vibrating, that which you are being, that which you are... is your point of attraction. And as you think and feel, you attract.
You are the attractor of your experience. Not one other in all of the universe has anything to do with what is coming to you. And so there is not a more important topic or understanding for you as an individual to come to understand how to feel good about you, because the way you feel about you is your very basis of attraction.
If you are wanting to come into the full appreciation of self, we would encourage you to write in your book of positive aspects --which is nothing more than a notebook called positive aspects -- write pages upon pages upon pages of positive aspects that you see about you. And if you don’t see any write: I want to see some positive aspects about me.
We would encourage you to look for your value anywhere that you can. Look for reasons to adore you, and what will happen is, every time that you think a thought that is in harmony with what your Inner Being knows to be, you will feel good. Every time you think a thought that is not in harmony with what your Inner Being knows to be, you will feel bad. By paying attention to the way that you feel, you will begin to notice that when you're thinking thoughts that are praising yourself you feel good. And when you are thinking thoughts that are diminishing yourself, you feel bad.

If you do not like yourself, then you can wander until you are blue in the face, and those things you want cannot come into your experience. The balance that you are wanting to bring into your life experience is the balance of appreciating you. And you appreciate you not all at once on the big things, you appreciate yourself one thought by one thought, one segment by one segment, one moment by one moment by looking for reasons to appreciate yourself.
Now, how is it that you achieve vibrational harmony with something? Well, you observe it, you contemplate it, you chew on it, you talk about it, you think about, you muse about it, you consider it, you remember it, you stew over it. In other words, by giving your attention to something, if you spend any amount of time in your observation of it, you, within a few seconds, usually 14 or 15 or 16 seconds, begin to achieve vibrational harmony with your object of attention, and once that has been achieved, it is yours...
If you can think, regardless of the condition, a thought that puts you in the Vortex, the condition has to change. And you know why? Because the condition, only, and ever, and always, is a vibrational indicator. The conditions, the reality, whatever they are -- the money, the relationships, the bodily conditions -- every condition is a manifestational indicator of vibration.

Adoring the PROBLEM that just walked into your experience because of the SOLUTION that just walked in at the same time. And that’s the thing that we want you to begin to realize is that while you focus upon the problem, you could just as well be focused upon the solution.”
There is nothing holding back other than your own contradictory thought, and every time you do that your emotion tells you you’re doing that.
As you learn to adjust your vibration or affect your emotions deliberately, now you have access only to those vibrational things out there in the Universe that are a vibrational match to that— and it is an ever so much easier way to create. And it is in keeping with what you know from your broader, Non-physical perspective. You said, “I will adjust my vibration, which is my way of allowing the Well-being that is natural to me, to flow.” The key word in there is: “allowing”, because Well-being is flowing to you. And you are, in differing degrees, allowing or not allowing it. No one is depriving you of anything. But sometimes you do not allow the Stream of Well-being that would flow to you otherwise.
We just want you, especially for a little while, get it turned around in your mind where you are no longer such a responder to conditions. You are instead more of a deliberate offerer of vibration.
We would like you to know that anyone who is sick could change their thoughts for an afternoon and be well. We would like you to know that anyone who doesn’t have enough money could change their thoughts for an afternoon and turn their financial tide.
We would like you to know that this powerful Universe is responding to the clarity of your mind and that if you are offering confusion where you say, “I want it but, I want it but, I want it but. I’d like to have that but I can’t afford it. I’d like to look like that but I look like this. I want that but I’ve got this, I want that but I’ve got this, I want that but I’ve got this, I want that but I’ve got this.”
That gets you nowhere. But when you leave out “but I’ve got this” and say, “I like that and I’d like that and wouldn’t that be nice and how about this and this feels good and did you see that? And I know someone who did that and wouldn’t that be nice and I remember that and I’d like to have that. I love that, oooh, that’s beautiful. Thank you for this, thank you for that.”
When you get into that sort of mode and you leave out the “but I’ve got this” the “but I’ve got this” stops being dominant. And when it stops being dominant it stops being the path that resists. And when the resistance stops, the Well-being that you have been calling for all the days of your life comes in.
If you could see an ariel view of your experience you would be bowled over with the amount of extraordinary circumstances and events that have been lined up for you. Talk about prepaving. You can’t prefer anything… big or small, loud or quiet, silent, unspoken or shouting to the boundaries of the Universe. You can’t prefer anything that Source Energy doesn’t line up for you 20 or 30 or 40 or 50 or 60 or 70 or 80 or a thousand different ways of bringing it to you.
And if you’re not living most of what you want it’s because you’ve got your attention on something else. That’s all that is could be.
So, the Art of Allowing is about finding things to think about that feel good while I think about them and therefore allow everything I’ve ever said I wanted to flow in, in perfect order.

Be easy about this. Be playful about it. Don’t work so hard at it. Let your dominant intent to be to feel good, and if you don’t feel good, then let your dominant intent be to feel relief. Feel your way through it. If you think your way through it, you can get off on all kinds of tangents. If you feel your way through it, you can come quickly to your Core Energy, and when you do that only good can then flow to you.
It is our promise to you that if you will decide today to think more about what is coming and less about what is, do more virtual realities that please you and less awareness of realities that don’t please you, what happens is incrementally your vibration shifts and without you even aware of how it comes about, your life takes on a shift.
When you croak, Oh, you’ll be abundant.
You say, “Then I’ll hardly need the money to pay the rent, will I?
And we say it is energetic anyway, you see. Stop counting it as money in your bank account and start counting it as emotion in your belly.
Start counting it as vibrational alignment. Start spending the real stuff of the universe.
Spend the thought, spend the clarity, spend the vibration. Come in alignment with the energy that creates worlds.
So how do I get happy about where I am?
Look for things about where I am that make me happy and make up the rest.
Now begin making lists of things that you feel good about. Fill your notebooks full of them. Make lists of positive aspects. Make lists of things you love. Go the restaurant and look for your favorite thing, and never complain about anything. Look for the thing you like the best even if there is only one thing. Give it your full attention, and use it as your excuse to be who you truly are. As you look for those things that make you shine bright, and make you feel good, you’ll tune to who you are, and the whole world will begin to transform before your eyes.
You could have one sentiment that you leave this gathering with, and it would serve you for the next 20 years of delicious, deliberate creating. And that would be: “I’m just gonna start making the best of things.” And as you do, more of the best of more things start rendezvousing with you.
