staring at the blank page before you open up the dirty window. let the sun illuminate the words that you could not find. reaching for something in the distance, so close you can almost taste it. release your inhibitions. feel the rain on your skin.
STARDOM had taken very kindly to felicity in the last few months that she had been thrown into the direct spotlight. she’d never exactly been hidden away, her modeling career causing her to be noticed once in a blue moon. but since she started acting, it felt like she’d been thrown into something that she hadn’t really been completely prepared for. in the midst of things, she’d also been thrown in some dance refresher classes, which was just an added stressor at this point. “as long as everything is the way i want it, i can be totally flexible,” fliss explained, tossing a grape into her mouth with a shrug as she looked to her conversational partner. “i mean, is that completely unreasonable?”
Tipsy but on his way to having a good time was one of his more default states. Sometimes, of course, the tipsiness wasn’t necessarily alcohol nor anything illegal, but the almost uninterrupted of his usual mind sets. So it wasn’t unusual - much less at a work related party - to hear his name being called and engage in minimal conversation with whoever happened to be vying for it. He turned abruptly, belatedly realizing whoever it was had called him over more than once, his plastered-on smile turning into an admiring one as he spotted the beautiful brunette behind him. “Fliss,” he let out, barely holding himself back from holding her hands, kissing both her cheeks, admiration clear in his gaze. “Hey, love. I’ve been good – definitely better now. How about yourself?” And, if his voice was a little high pitched, it had more to do with the noise around them than anything else. “You look great. Seriously. How has work been?” The warmth he usually associated with someone he loved hadn’t dissipated at all - not even for his last girlfriend, the one he hoped to be able to still call a friend after everything.
THE BRUNETTE smiled widely as she wrapped her arms around the blonde male, bringing him in for a hug. she’d missed him, and although part of her didn’t want to let go, she only held on for a moment. “i’ve been good, yeah. pretty good,” she answered, nodding before taking another sip of her drink. “oh, um, thank you. you do, too. i mean, look great is what i meant.” her cheeks turned pink as she spoke. she took a sip of her drink before answering. “it’s been an experience, ya know? i never would expected that this would be for me, but it’s been quite the adventure. what about you?”
@dylxnsimxn -- FELICITY would be lying if she said she was at this after party by choice. her agent had practically bribed her to to come. so, she was left sitting at a table sipping on a cranberry juice, which if anyone asked, definitely had some sort of liquor in it. as far as she was concerned, she was having much more fun watching everyone around her have fun than making a fool of herself by attempting to dance or having awkward conversation. to her surprise, she noticed dylan walking past. up until this point, she had been avoiding him at all costs; unsure of how he would feel about her being at the studios. just as he was almost too far away, felicity decided to grab his attention. “dylan!” she yelled, getting up from her seat and realizing there was no way he heard her. he pace quickened until she was only a few feet away. “dylan, hey! how have you been?”

felicity abraham, most commonly known for dating the j. dylan simon.
she’s been modelling since she was like thirteen, but was never really interested in the business or anything.
she was one of those kids on the back to school commercials and what not.
once she graduated high school she went to ucla, got a degree in human services. still modeling whenever it didn’t interfere with her studies.
but fliss is so painfully shy it’s almost crazy like she is probably the quietest person you’ll ever encounter.
she did work as a family counselor for a bit, but she felt like she was missing something. it wasn’t as fulfilling as she anticipated.
so whenever she auditioned for the broke pack it was an eye opening experience for her
she was such a natural, it felt so amazing for her. and she couldn’t believe she hadn’t been doing this her entire life.
and cue her taking on the role of violet, basically a completely untrained actress
hence the whole blank canvas thing
she’s got so much potential, she’s just gotta figure out where to get to it
turns out she’s having a little bit of a harder time connecting with violet than she thought??
but she just needs some inspiration to help her through it
ig a few wcs
someone who is determined to break her out of her shell
someone she’s completely comfortable with
someone who is helping her tap into her creative side
