- “How To Be Human”
Happy Winter Solstice everyone!
To All Witches...
Tell me about your best magick moment:
How did you get it to work?
What spell did you use? (you don't have to share this, if it's private)
Were you satisfied with the outcome?
And your worst magick moment:
What did you want?
What happened instead?
What do you think went wrong?
Additional. You can choose if you want to answer some or all of these:
What form of magick are you best at?
What form of magick can you never get right?
How did you come to live your magical lifestyle?
How do YOU prepare and tap into your powers before a spellwork?
If your religion doesn’t make you a better person, you’re doing it wrong.
You don’t need a religion to be a better person <3
Oh, of course. I totally agree. I was more speaking of the religious who turn into assholes and use their religion as the excuse. I do not, in any way, believe one must adhere to any religion or faith to be a good person. I’m sorry for the poor wording of this post. I did not mean to alienate any nonreligious followers.
No, no, no!! You did nothing wrong! :D You said it perfect!! I just wanted to add a little for the non-religious! Much love to you!

Six Types Of Tarot Readers.
I’ve been fascinated with magic for as long as I can remember. I started practicing witchcraft and healing schoolmates in elementary school, and a lot of what I learned has stayed with me over the years. I made a lifelong friend through my interests in magic and energy...
Ah yes...the law of attraction. My spells work. I'm just still waiting on my very awesome, kick ass, telekinesis power. And a unicorn.
I believe I have it, and yet, they still haven't appeared.
With that said, all jokes aside, to all witches out there - this is a good read.
The moon likes secrets. And secret things. She lets mysteries bleed into her shadows and leaves us to ask whether they originated from otherworlds, or from our own imaginations.

Witchcraft, like any science or philosophical system, must be approached from a liberal point of view. When looked at objectively, we see that Witchcraft is just another theoretical body of knowledge. It is a process, not a person. Therefore it is neutral, incapable of being either good or evil. Like all belief systems, Witchcraft is only as good or evil as the people using it.

1. “And then he’d take a bow…”
Why’d he have to bow like that? No, really.
NOBODY bows like that. You know why? Because it’s a stupid, fucking horrible way to bow.
Unless of course: ”Hello Madam. Have you seen my bald patch?”
2. After years of killing…
Why not drop the stabbing...
What type of magic do you practice?
Hey Anon, good question!
I practice a little of everything. There is no right hand or left hand path for me, kinda like life.
The magic I DON’T do is Goetia…
Actually, I’m not even sure if it’s magic.
I’m not sure what that is. It sounds awesome don’t you think?
But I have little to no knowledge of that, so I don’t fuck with it.
I’d love to meet someone who studies it and knows it well and hear them talk about it.
What magic do you practice? :)
The ONLY legit Psychic I had ever met...
What's the worst reading you ever got?
How about the best?
I've been to four psychics in my life and I don't know where I find them but three of them sucked. One was a self-proclaimed "automatic writer", who wrote me a confused letter about native americans and how I had my very own native american spirit guide.
Only problem with that is, I live in Norway, am a Eurasian and have never been to America and have never crossed path with a Native American.
She wrote this same letter to all my friends. Apparently every one of my friend had a Native American guide too. I guess they had nothing else better to do in their after life than look after the Norwegian people.
She was a waste of time.
The second was an insecure, metrosexual astrologer and a "face reader" in his 60s, named "Hai Lee Yang", who have no problem telling women they need to fix their wrinkles to avoid bad luck.
Get it? "Highly young". Norway LOVES this s.o.b.
The third was a scryer who told me that I didn't have Bipolar. I had two demons, posing as my bipolar... and their name was Arthur and Kristoffer. If I didn't believe him, I had to remember that the Devil's greatest trick was making people believe he didn' exist.
What.
BUT only ONE was legit and accurate.
I met her in November, 2013 at a Norwegian Alternative Festival in Bergen. She was a short, British woman with curly auburn hair.
Walking past her booth, she waved and asked me to take a seat.
I told her I didn't have her asking price for a reading and she scoffed and told me to give her whatever amount I wanted.
She just had to read me. Fine, I thought.
So I gave her half the money I'd had on me and she accepted.
Before we started, she told me to keep quiet and not say anything about myself. She didn't ask me what I wanted a reading in and just started.
Taking my hands, she said she saw children all around me. Their energy was so strong and fresh on me. They weren't my children but were from different countries and they were all from a specific age group - six to seven years old. She asked me if I was a teacher.
I told her I wasn't. But earlier that week I had been hired as a child care and youth worker at a Catholic School to serve as a teacher's assistant and counselor for the school's second grade.
She smiled and told me that my time with the children wouldn't last long, but that they'd "remember me through play".
That made no sense to me whatsover, but I remained quiet and she went on.
The psychic told me about an old run down home that needed fixing or some kind of restoration. She said that it was originally a large house, big enough to be turned into various apartments.
I live in one such house with my beau. The home we live in used to be a villa, built in 1910, and was turned into three seperate apartments in the 80s or 90s for some absurd reason.
It was already run down by the time my beau and his dad bought the building. They keep talking about restoring it back to the way it was, but they never have enough money.
Maybe one day.
This I didn't tell her to confirm or deny her visions.
I just continued to let her do her thing.
"You're living on the other side," she said and explained to me that it was fate that I started to find my way into the world of the occult and magic at a young age. As a child.
She told me that it was possible I was a practicing occulist or witch not because I'm searching for something doing it, but because I've already found something "there" and I've been "there" ever since.
I started getting interested in witchcraft when I was around ten years old. It started with palmistry and watching my dad scry with stones.
The last thing she told me was that there was a woman had come through from the spirit world, wearing a veil.
Three things about this woman:
We had never met in this life.
She was not wearing a veil because she was a bride.
She was family.
I asked the psychic to describe her.
"She has a mole under her left eye. She follows you."
My mother's favourite aunt Felicia was born with the veil - could see ghosts and had a mole under her left eye. She died before I was born. I've heard countless of stories about her.
Three months after the reading, I had to quit my job at the Catholic School in Bergen because I was about to back East of Norway, back to that old, run down house, she was talking about.
Before I finally moved, I went to visit the school during recess to say hello to the kids. When I walked through the gates, I saw them playing a game I had invented - a fun catching game I had called "Crocodile".
They would remember me through play. The kids loved the game so much the day I created it at the top of my head, they went on to play it without me.
All the things the psychic told me were insignificant information about myself, the home I was going back to live in, the job I had and the family member I never saw. Everything she told me that day was true.
What's amazing about the whole thing was, unlike a cold reader, she wanted me to be quiet the whole time.
