Unless DE makes it that every forma is an Omniforma (and you don't have to relevel your frame/weapon) then they have to also accept that once people build a frame once they're gonna be unlikely to mess around with other builds because no one wants to grind out a weapon before doing their weekly raid. And DE made this bed for themselves; They decided they didn't want to balance their game and now it's either win/lose, it's not "play better". You either explode the thing or it explodes you. I can't take underpowered guns I don't want to level for a hour before spending 1-2hrs in EDA/ETA because I am at constant risk of being exploded even in tanky builds unless you have fucking immunity. Warframe is a barely held together house of cards swaying in the breeze due to over a decade of monetization first decision making, poor balancing, just baffling decisions in some- a lot of cases. This isn't even like "Optimize the fun out of it" because it implies there was fun in the first place.

new idea: every time an architect has to design a public space/building, a minimum of 2 physically disabled people must be at their side to hit them with sticks and rocks until they add proper accessibility features
