i meant to be a casual fan but it ended up ruining my life

another twst post because malleus & mc's friendship is killing me

so Malleus actively seeks out MC to talk with them, he initiates spending time together (which y'know is very odd for him) from walks to library 'dates' to him just turning up at their dorm to more, he says that they tell him stories and he values their opinions and wants to hear more of them

so this implies two things, both of which are driving me crazy:

1.) MC talks with Malleus "off camera" more than every time we've seen MC speak at all during the game, put together

2.) Malleus is known to info dump for hours on end. The fact that he actively and continously seeks MC out to know their opinion on things means that, not only do they pay attention and listen when he's talking about the things he's interested in but they also engage in conversation about it AND they do all this in a way that encourages him to keep meeting up with them and talking even without them first extending an invitation/with him inviting them to things/inviting himself over

ik it may seem like a low bar to some, but having someone who intently listens to you for hours, remembers your special interests/hyper-fixations (specially over multiple meetings) and then participates in conversation about them is, in my opinion, the greatest love language & one of the highest forms of love (either romantic or platonic)
