I've been a bit quiet for a while. I toasted on New Year's, surrounded by new friends, to 2020 being a year of change. Jissus guys, sorry about that 😂😂😂😂 I've been through the biggest changes in the last 10 months. I had to let go of not one, but two, of my biggest dreams and start all over. I've moved twice, first from Joburg to Harties, then from Harties to Durban. It's been tough, leaving behind everything I relied on in my life. Friends, family and animals, and all of it broke my heart so many times. Today, I realized that I'm happy. I enjoy going to work every day, I like the people I work with, and old friends have popped up out of the woodwork to alleviate my fears of loneliness. I'm moving forward and having fun along the way. As much as I miss my old life, I know I'm on the right track. A toast then, to change.
