what she means: neji was the only one of the golden generation to not have the opportunity to live and hve a family on his own and was honestly one of the ones that deserved it the most. he was brave and kind and was finally able to have the freedom that he always wanted and maybe even have a few kids on his own that he could raise with love and respect, but above all, with the true conviction that they could be whoever they wanted and he would love them regardless.
