Can you please share which dermaroller you are going to use?
I use the one from Banish Acne Scars! Here's the link: http://bit.ly/1Be6ZtL#accutane
This is so true. Girls (and guys) are so petty sometimes.
Can you think of one person in the media who is praised and appreciated for their acne? I can’t.
If a celebrity has acne; they put makeup over it and photoshop it out.
Acne is an EXTREMELY common skin condition that is looked at as “that person is dirty, wash your face.”
Even though basically everyone will AT LEAST get one pimple in their life!
Do you want to know why girls & guys cover their acne with makeup? BECAUSE IT’S PERCEIVED AS UNATTRACTIVE.
And why is that? WHY is the most common skin condition perceived as unattractive? Because the media/society says it is.
If you make fun of someone with acne, YOU ARE THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!
And it’s actually pointless to talk shit and say “Hey ___ has acne. Ew that’s nasty.”
BECAUSE THEY’RE NOT FUCKING STUPID. THEY KNOW THEY HAVE ACNE.
Instead of gossiping about what’s on someone’s face, how about you stfu.
Because if you’re going to PURPOSELY choose to not be friends with someone because of a minor thing like-
THEN AGAIN, YOU ARE THE PROBLEM!
That’s all. Have a lovely day.

Post Accutane: HEYYY! So, I've been off accutane since March (about 4 months or so), and everything is still wonderful! This is a full makeup picture, but I haven't had any huge breakouts since accutane. I still do get very small pimples around my time of the month, but they're not a big deal! Actually, I made a scrub/ mask, and since doing it, I haven't really broken out at all in any way. The ingredients are: ~. 2-4 green tea bags (amount depends on if you're using it on your face, back, or face & back), ~. honey ~. Tea Tree Oil (just a few drops) ~. Benzoyl Peroxide (optional, but a few drops of it adds to the acne fighting power) You could use this as a scrub or a mask! BUT BE VERY CAREFUL!! It's very abrasive! So use with caution. I recommend only using this once or twice a week! And if you're on accutane, maybe only once every two weeks! It really helps! But don't scrub too hard! Let me know if you have any questions about it!
hope you don’t mind if i submit this :) this is me on day 28 (i had a severe breakout for the first month, this is worse than day 1) and me today, day 161(both w/o makeup). i’m so happy with the results and i wanted to share them. best of luck to everyone who is considering or just starting accutane. every single day is worth it :)
Did you experience any depression while on accutane? If so did you have it before as well or only when you you when on it?
Yes, I did. But I also fed it. I think that my surroundings and the people around me made it a lot worse than it would've been if I was around good people like I am now. Best of luck to you. It'll get better :)
Did the redness caused from accutane make your marks look worse while you were on it?
Yes!!!!! It'll get better after accutane! :)
When did you stop breaking out on accutane?
Between month 4 and 5 :/ good luck my friend!
THE DAY YOU ENDED YOUR ACCUTANE JOURNEY WAS PI DAY YAY PI OKAY I have 2 months left of it, thankfully ill finish it over the summer. You are gorgeous x
I DID NOT REALIZE THAT!!!! That is delicious!!!! Good luck with everythingggg!!!!! And thank you sooo much :)
you look greeeeat :)
Thank you!(:
Accutane VS Acne turned 1 today!
Hi. Have you noticed any redness get better after accutane? I look like I have a sunburn after starting it and I just wanna see if it's normal
Yes, the redness gets better after finishing! It took like 2 months though for me. Ironically, I have a terrible sunburn right now: so my skin's soooo red, but that's not because of accutane. Lol ;)
Post Accutane: Heyy! Sorry for not posting in a while! I've been off accutane since the beginning of March- so I've been off it for almost 3 months :D. Everything is still great. I'm still dermarolling (link to the dermaroller I use will be at the end of this post lol) The first 2 pictures above are from a school play that happened yesterday and today (May 21st-22nd). It was fun! The last picture is from my Junior/Senior banquet. (I'm a Junior!) And lastly, my birthday is on Tuesday! (May 26th!!) I'll be 17 🎈 Here's the link to the dermaroller: http://bit.ly/1Be6ZtL
Are you still derma-rolling?
Yess!(:Here's the link to the dermaroller I use: http://bit.ly/1Be6ZtL
Is it normal to have a red face on accutane? My face is really red and im on day 6 on 80 mg.
Yes, it is normal. I experienced it too on accutane. It sucks. :/ but it'll get better soon! Good luck!!(:
What is your hair texture like? And did it go back to normal after accutane? I'm worried that accutane is going to like ruin my hair.
My hair's wavy and kinda frizzy. My hair was never super oily. But accutane did make it a lot dryer. It hasn't gone back to normal yet, but I've only been off accutane for 2 months; so it hopefully will soon enough. ;)
