ย ย ย ย ย With Sun gone, thereโs not much to keep him occupied these days outside ย ย ย his missionsโsince they moved her, though, heโs taken to spending what little ย ย ย free time he has with Pyrrha. She sleeps a lotโunderstandably, as sheโs been ย ย ย through quite a bit in the last few months and sheโs still on the road to ย ย ย recoveryโbut even when sheโs not awake, heโs often there by her bedside ย ย ย with a book in his lap or taking a much-needed nap himself. Something about ย ย ย her presence is just calming to him, whether theyโre chatting or not, and he ย ย ย almost feels obligated to be there for her when heโsโฆ essentially the only ย ย ย friend she has left. The others are scattered, far away, and even he doesnโt ย ย ย know where they are or if they even know she survived.
ย ย ย ย ย Today is not unlike all the others. Heโd gotten back from a mission early ย ย ย that morning and, instead of sleeping like he should have, made his way ย ย ย immediately to Pyrrhaโs room to take up residence there with a book heโs ย ย ย nearly all the way through. Itโs been a couple hours and he almost feels his ย ย ย eyelids getting heavy, but then heโs certain he saw her stir out of the corner of ย ย ย his eye.
ย ย ย ย ย ย โPyrrโฆ?โ
ย ย She sat up and yawned wide, doing what stretching she could, his voice hadnโt woken her up but it probably added to it, a soft smile beamed his way even if it was one with a bit of pain behind it, she did her best to keep an optimistic view. โmorning nep, how was your mission?โ that was always the first topic of conversation it was the way he regaled them, there was something peaceful about hearing his voice, even if there was a pang of guilt that gripped at her whenever he stayed up just to wait for her, taking in a light breath and trying to ignore that feeling she brought up the progress that had been made while he was out. โ i got the okay from one of the doctors to walk..with assistance, the physical therapy has been paying off..but i still have eight months to a year maybe a year and a half before i can even think about combat again, three to four if i want to get back to where ย i was.โ breaking the somber tone she shook out the frown.ย โbut enough about me, I wanna know what happened, did you fight any grimm nep if so what kinds?โ
