hello! it's the cosplay anon again coming back after way too long to say thank you so so much for your help!!! i got really overwhelmed by your kindness and how much help you gave and kept weirdly psyching myself out of messaging you again because i just didn't know how to express how grateful i am. i will definitely tag you in some pictures when it's all done (i agree that there aren't nearly enough obito cosplayers out there)!!!
i'm really excited to try the techniques you listed! i'm nervous about ordering all the materials because of the cost/worrying i'm going to mess it up and somehow order something wrong/etc so i've kept putting that off as well xD but i'm doing it today! it's fun to try something new...!
also, the fish skin was recommended to me by someone who works at the kryolan store in hamburg. i'm not german but if you are and want to try it out, i know they definitely stock it there. if you do try it sometime i'd be very curious to know what it's like! it's way outside of my hobbyist budget but i've not found much information about it and it looks interesting.

I’m so happy my post helped you! And yeah that stuff is so expensive, it’s crazy. Don’t worry too much about messing something up though, this is quite advanced stuff, and you’ll learn a lot along the way!

Yeah Hamburg!!!! I live there, we’re at the store quite often, it’s not far from the theatre haha! Maybe we even have it at work somewhere….
