Come now, join me for a picnic, Let's run now, I want to see your smile. Under the sparkling stars, With the moon bursting with light, Upon your glistening face. We'll talk of nothing, And speak of everything. Let us dance together until we can't feel our feet, We will fall to the ground and then start again. If you listen you will hear The sounds of a forest concert. The leaves will keep the beat, The owls will sing the harmony, And we will make the melody.
There is a happy flower As proud as he can be Living In a garden Beneath the garden tree Sunny skies of blue What he loves to see There is a happy flower Growing wild and free ~ There is a happy flower As cute as she can be Living in a garden Beneath the garden tree Birds of every color What she loves to see There is a happy flower Blooming beautifully ~ A funny thing did happen Deep beneath the ground In amongst the dirt and worms Where darkness can be found Roots began to travel One set to the west The other moving eastward A very lengthy quest Till one day it happened The roots began to touch They really loved the feeling They loved it oh so much These roots they grew connected Locked together tight Hoping that the other Wishing that they might Would know the others feelings Soon become as one Living life together Underneath the sun They’ll hold on for forever Or till the end of time Roots of his and roots of hers Living intertwined ~ There are two happy flowers Blooming Beautifully In two different gardens Beneath two different trees Their roots to stay connected Until eternity Two happy little flowers In love as they can be
My puppy is amazing #BestDogEver I love his attitude and cheer
Queen and huntress, chaste and fair, Now the sun is laid to sleep, Seated in thy silver chair, State in wonted manner keep
What counsel has the hooded moon Put in thy heart, my shyly sweet, Of Love in ancient plenilune, Glory and stars beneath his feet
When life's glad day is gone, And the sun goes down When we muse all alone As the sun goes down; Oh, the heart is not so light, When the day is taking flight, And we feel the coming night, As the sun goes down. Oh, the flowers fall asleep When the sun goes down; And the silence is deep, When the sun goes down; But the skies of night grow fine, And the stars begin to shine, With a radiance divine, When the sun goes down. Oh, the curfew bell's tolled, When the sun goes down; And the sheep seek the fold, When the sun goes down; And the churchyard tower grey Calls life's children home from play, At the closing of the day, When the sun goes down. Ere the lark sinks to rest, When the sun goes down, In his grass-shaded nest, When the sun goes down; While the world begins to dream, Then his evening carols stream From the gathering starlight's gleam, When the sun goes down. So, remote from the throng, When the sun goes down, Life's quiet shades among, When the sun goes down; In the twilight's deepening grey, At the waning of the day, Let me sing my little lay, As the sun goes down.
You look around what do you see I'll tell you what I see is a world belonging to me Take time to find what you may dream It's all right there within your grasp Just beyond what you can see we're the ones The only ones, strong ones, proud ones we're living for today Those for the past and tomorrow they'll have hell to pay And if your life is going by too fast it's time for you to slow Down it's time for you to make it last before you trip and slip And you will miss this happy little Stepping stone just before eternal bliss Your life goes by before you know you gotta take time to slow down Better take time to veer off the road Enjoy the sights while you are here There's nothing to fear but fear itself Who knows when the end is near #live #love #life #inthemoment #today #health #happiness
Spring is here... No one had to tell me that springtime came today: Not the flowers, or buzzing bees or puppies full of play. No one had to show me that spring came in the night: Not wind, nor birds returning North on their annual flight. I can tell it's springtime before the old folks do; I wake up on spring's first day with allergies—Achoo!!! #BestDogEver 🐶 #Frankie #beehave #pollenation #flower (at Houston, Texas)

This may be the final photo of the season of the roses outside my porch. The cold has made them brittle and they've surrendered to the earth into fertilizer. Thank you flowers for brightening my year. 🌹🌷💞💕💓🥀 (at Texas)
I came out to check on the plants and maybe snap the flowers, I wasn't paying attention then I took this pic by accident. Here I sit on my porch spacing out, in not much more than a tank in 50° weather. I don't feel cold though there is a breeze. It had snowed the night previous yet I'm still here, feeling hot enough to take off my sweater and just 'BE' in the moment soaking in the sun. Dreaming of summer and swimming, adventures of another season. One reason I had often celebrated my 'unbirthday' in the summer. (at Texas)
Various shots with light and darkness. This reminds me of how life is, even the stars themselves are mere lights among the darkness and dust of past and future. I liked both shots of the pathway, with the people in it seems more fitting, they're happy and together. #Samsung #note8 #christmas (at University of the Incarnate Word)
