Dear self,
It’s okay to feel the way you do at the moment. It’s okay to feel confused and not sure of yourself yet. It’s okay if you aren’t completely focused on everything at the moment, you have a lot of things going on and you can work on them one at a time.
Don’t pressure yourself to do so many things at once. Find something that works for you so you can manage things easier, perhaps a timetable or a to-do list. Your body is precious, don’t overwork it. You’re doing your best and putting effort into what you do and that is important, keep up the good work.
You have so many wants in your head and you put them aside even though they give you happiness. If you want to do something, do it! You are the only one stopping yourself at the moment. Practice your hobbies to improve what you love, take time for yourself to work on yourself, you deserve that. Don’t put your happiness aside to bring stress forward. You are better than that.
Listen to your body and mind, listen to your gut. They tell you more than you realise. I love you and I’m proud of you❤️
My favourite thing about cast change was Shekinah and Courtney Stapleton both got lovely bouquets of flowers but Millie and Maiya got black out drunk and each others signatures on their arms

In the future, I hope everyone gets to be themselves, like we, in the past and present, have fought for. I hope that I or my child is able to walk down the street holding the hand of their S/O without getting any side glances or mocking looks.
