MY FIRST SNOW IN YEARS!!! IT WAS BEYOND BEAUTIFUL. I love NY so much. I felt like yesterday was a day made just for me. I went to an audition for the NY Conservatory for Dramatic Arts and I was the only person that got up to be workshopped. They chewed my ass apart and I loved it. They really showed me that I have a ways to go before I become a great actor. I needed to here everything they told me. Now I just need to apply it and keep growing. Got to hang out with some of my friends from Hawaii 🤙🏽🌋🌺 We did some pretty cool stuff in the Big Apple. It was really awesome to see them again and of course they’re still hella jokey. Can’t wait to chill with them again. Safe travels back home, Boiz! (at Victor's Cafe)

Went and saw Office Hour. My friend Cassidy won the ticket lottery and invited me to come along. Such a great show. I loved the “butterfly effect” concept of the show and the actors were amazing. We walked around in the cold and I got to see my future fur baby!!!! The black Great Dane was soooooo beautiful and he loved me so much. Can’t wait to have a dog! 🐶🐕

JUST A LITTLE MORE ABOUT SWEENEY TODD

After the performance I was able to get some show merchandise. But EVEN BETTER, I GOT THE ACTORS’ SIGNATURES!!!! I unfortunately missed the amazing actress who played the Beggar Woman/Adolfo Pirelli (@staciebono). She was killer funny. I even got to have a little conversation with two of the actors. They are such amazing people, doing what I hope to do professionally some day. Afterwards, my ice cream craving was eating at me, so I went around the corner from the Barrow Street Theater and got a Vanilla Chocolate twist cone from the Big Gay Ice Cream Shop. The ice cream was way better than the stuff near Queens College...sorry...not sorry.😂

SWEENEY TODD!!!!!

Can I just start by saying OMGGGs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been wanting to see this show for a while (I would also like to be in the show, but that’s for later) I was mouthing the words to every song and the space was so intimate. The actor that played Sweeney Todd (@RealHughPanaro) got right in my face and I think I got spat on, but that was cool too! These actors were truly amazing, their voices were beyond powerful, the show was ab crunching hilarious and the pre-show meat pie was delicious. Absolutely worth everything!!!!!

I SAW SOME NY RATS!!!!!

Okay.....Maybe I’m just weird, but one of the major things on NY wishlist was seeing a rat. Everyone has been telling me about them and how big they are, so I was super excited to possibly see one and I finally got to see a couple of them searching for food in the subway. I don’t think they were that big, but I wasn’t that close to them. THANK YOU NSE!!!!

Went to this cool place in Manhattan when it was super late and nothing else was open. I got the Shepard’s Pie and it was sooooooooooo goooooood, plus the inside was beautiful.

GOTHAM ACTOR!!! - METS TOP BRAVES 4-3

What a bad outcome for the Braves. To lose in the bottom of the 9th inning is bad, but at least it wasn’t too bad. SUPER UPSIDE!!!! Before the game was over, Drew Powell - actor for Butch Gilzean/Cyrus Gold A.K.A SOLOMON GRUNDY!!!!! from GOTHAM was at the game. When I saw him, I swear I sucked all the air out of the stadium. The other NSE people didn’t understand 😔 He sang the Ole Ball Game song and it was glorious! Too bad he was rooting for the Mets 🤢 Probably why they won the game......🤔😒 Still a great game though!

NSE EVENT #2 - METS V. BRAVES GAME

This was a super cool game to have gone to. I was rocking my grandfather’s team and I was pretty much the only Brave in a sea of Mets. I even learned how to wolf whistle with my fingers just for the game. A baseball game was definitely on my list of things to do while being in New York and the NSE program came through!!! Hung out with some other NSE people and we had a super great time. We mostly just talked about politics until the game got good. Wish my Grandfather could have come too. It would have been awesome to see the game with him.
