This weekend I got to explore Denver with my favorite person.

We ate so much food food and drank so much good beer. Saw so many cute animals. And took great pictures. The mountains were breathtaking and we didn’t even get to hike.

I made poached eggs the other day!!! Real, perfectly poached eggs. And home fries. It’s not a perfect breakfast but it’s something and I’m super proud of it.

Settling into KS well but I got some unfortunate news and am probably moving home sooner than expected.

But I really came here I post how lucky I am to have such a support system. Everyone is being great, and that’s really helpful.

Moving home is going to suck but I get to move back into my actual home where I want to spend my forever. With the person I want to spend my forever with. I never would have guessed this would happened (the person, not the events that are bringing me home) but I am so thankful it did.

A friend in Tampa just posted on FB that he has a new boo. Ask anyone we worked with, him and his bf, not ex, were inseparable.

He replied to a comment on his post with the new man, “life has a funny way of working out. I wish him [the ex] the best.”

And life does have a funny way of working out.

Supposedly you have to pick the worst before you pick the best.
