yayaya! Apr. 6 is doneee!
TIME to CHANGE
I have been working out. almost 5-6 times a week! However, my eating pattern hasn’t change much. I still eat what I eat, white rice, bread, chocolates, etc. etc. And, it’s not good. I have PCOS but I still eat foods that I know are bad for me. I just ignore it. I know it won’t make that much of a difference because I am working out. However, that’s the point I’ve been working out for 3 months and I still haven’t seen any big changes. I know change doesn’t come fast. Don’t worry, I am no where near giving up and losing hope again to stop working out. I love working out now. It has become automatic. My body would just automatically move and make me change into my workout clothes and get going. However, wouldn’t be good to see some drastic changes?! right. So this time. I have to change my eating habit. Maybe it takes 21 days for me to that. Who cares? I can do this! :) Goodluck! I’ll start posting pics of my meals of the day.

SO I worked out at gym last Mar 26. so that was done! :)
I took 27th for rest day!
Then I only did 2 vids today. Mar. 28th. (Because of TOM :| - I’ll finish it all once it’s over...)
For now, I am tired...probably from lack of Iron. idk. I need to study too! whew!!

I worked out today at the gym. I would take that as my workout of the day. I will go again tomorrow! So excited. ;)
I'm thinking it's because of the caffeine I had last week. Not a lot tho😒

I've been eating unhealthy food for about 2 or 3 days now...Although I still workout, I had a really bad headache yesterday from eating a lot of unhealthy food and not getting enough sleep. I skipped yesterday's workout and went to bed early. I had 9 hours of sleep and up early. I am hoping to be able to start this day right & get back on track! Btw, those pot stickers from HEB has 100% amount of sodium in one container. So whoever likes to eat those, think about reconsidering. 😑

Mar. 14 is done! Total Body Workout whew!! I couldn’t even get up from my be this morning but I did it yay! All I can think about is. . . I’ve been working out since January and I can not just stop now. :) Still going and becoming stronger.. I’m feeling it. haha
