gentle reminder: I know this quarantine can be incredibly exhausting to both the human mental, physical and emotional state, but think about all those times that you yearned for time to slow down so you could have a minute to breathe and self reflect. Use this time to address all those internal concerns and worries you’ve been pushing aside. Paint, draw, pray, write, sing, dance, make a playlist, read a book, try new recipes, message those people you’ve been neglecting because of your busy schedule, complete your assignments if you have any, search up those daily journal questions and answer them! Take advantage of this situation and let’s try to be positive ♡ ♡ ♡
