Brouwerij Van Steenberge gave us an amazing 3+ hour tour! They were amazingly open to sharing all their processes! The biggest difference here vs USA is Van Steenberge makes beers for many of the most popular breweries in one place - over 10 breweries/beers! The list includes: Piraat, Gulden Draak, Bornem, Sparta Pils, Augustijn, Celis White, and Dr Garre (yes, you read that last one right! The amazingly popular bar in Ghent known for its world class Tripel produces their beer here!)

Yesterday we visited Cantillion! It was a dream come true for Taylor! Amazing to see their techniques, walk through their brewery and taste their amazing beers! Many more photos to share when we return!
