a wearable muslin I did of the Maison Fauvre Rosalie dress. I shortened it quite bit to make it leas frumpy and took in quite a bit at the back waist but the fit is still only so-so. I’ll likely use the fabric I had planned for the final version on something else.

two versions of the same pattern. My daughter wanted a “spooky cat witch” after I made the green velvet guy out of some leftovers for my youngest son. His name is Bobah and cat has yet to be named
pattern is from PicnicPalace on Etsy
waffled back and forth on the buttons to put on this blouse and wound up going with snaps anyway!
the pattern is Butterick B7071 view D. It’s a rerelease of a 1960s blouse and I really like the simple sleeve, the darts at the waist and bust, and the opportunity to play with contrast at the collar. I added interfacing and a seam down the back as this fabric was 1980s or earlier find at the thrift store and substantially narrower than the standard 44” width. Love it, will make SO many more
it’s impossible to photograph well but I finished this blouse from Atelier Brunette this week using a rayon challis I’ve had laying around for ages. I ordered some super cool brass buttons for it too!
starting a longterm EPP project! All the fabrics are leftovers from things I’ve sewn or thrifted
not sure yet if this is going to be a big blanket for the couch or material for a quilted coat. leaning toward coat since I abandoned my appliqué coat plan from last year

a linocut I did for Corncrake Magazine
If you're not matching your outfits with your evil sword, what are you even doing?

I have been reading Buffy/Giles from 1999 this week
It's Buffy ...
I will never be over him singing this for her 🫠🥰
My constant struggle of getting really into an age gap pairing and having everyone else say “um it’s father daughter” or "it's father son" like SORRY NOT EVERY MAN IS A FATHER FIGURE, SOMETIMES HES A FUCKING FIGURE
starting this tonight. very much not my usual fare but it looks interesting? i read some von Balthasar like 12 yrs ago when I converted and didn’t much care for him then. He has grown on me as I’ve had to deal with faith interfacing with life.
