She’s Goin’ Down || Lumiere and Aquata || Pre-BatB
“Well…” Aquata rang her hands and flicked her tail in a nervous fashion, “We’ll need to discuss this in private.” She glanced around her (even though she knew the room was empty except for them) and swam forward and grabbed Lumiere. She darted out of the throne room and swam away from the throne room, putting on the facade of not-about-to-do-something-probably-illegal, and she fooled all the merfolk swimming through out the castle.
Once they were within a place she new was safe and they would not be disturbed, Aquata let go of Lumiere and faced him fully, “Long story short, I’m going to try black magic to see if it can reverse the spell. Now, it’s risky because if it goes wrong…well…the consequences can be devastating. Also, no one can know that we’re going to try this. Absolutely no one.”
“Are you willing to try it? If the spell doesn’t work, then there is no harm done. This could be very dangerous.”
As they traveled through the waters, Lumiere couldn’t help but wonder what this idea was and how bad it could possibly be. Before he knew it, he was released.
“Black magic?” Lumiere didn’t know much, although he pretended he did quite often, he knew black magic was one of the most risky things in the business. But..but it was a separate way...
“Do we know what the consequences could be? At all...?” He weighed it in his mind. To try, to not try... Everything would be a risk, but..what would he be risking? What was there TO be risked?
