Rotti is the guy who controls the organ trade and he fucked over Nathan (who is the repo man) and killed his wife which is why there is beef. But his kids suck and he’s dying so he needs an heir and Nathan has a better one. Also his premiere opera singer was bff’s with Nathan’s wife and hates her job but her eyes are under contract. And also the guy who gives back alley pain meds to everyone is the one man Greek chorus.

Bill Mosley is in this movie. Sarah Brightman is also in this movie.
