Look! The grand opening of the Mystria Hotel is finally here. Once a lavish circus-inspired mansion, the estate was mysteriously abandoned in 1997 following rumors of multiple deaths on the property. Decades later, the building has been transformed into a luxury resort hotel, with its new owners dismissing the stories as nothing more than urban legends. No murders. No hauntings. No secrets. At least, that's what they want the public to believe. Present day. The hotel is open once again, welcoming guests from all over with dazzling attractions, a brand-new cast of performers, and murals honoring the "fictional" tragedies of the past. The visitors have no idea what truly lies within the heart of the house. Or what still lingers in its halls.

FREAKSHOW is a literate, 21+ OC-driven horror roleplay group inspired primarily by American Horror Story: Murder House, with secondary influences from The Shining. This plot-focused experience explores mystery, suspense, and supernatural horror as characters uncover the dark history hidden beneath the hotel's glamorous facade. Themes may include: death, violence, psychological horror, mature content, and other dark subject matter.

Scientists discover a mysterious planet, later named Noctyra, slowly approaching the solar system. After years of being ignored, its behavior changes dramatically—it devours Neptune and takes its place. A failed NASA mission brings alien beings called the Vel’kaari to Earth, who claim peaceful intentions but are secretly preparing for conquest. As governments collapse, people disappear, and humanity struggles to comprehend the threat, it becomes clear that Earth is destined to be consumed by Noctyra—whether humans submit or resist.
