katya was safe in the first episode and high in the second episode
she was given the role with the least material in the third episode - princess diana in a bad bitches of history challenge or whatever it was called? come on
said role was never going to be made funny, no one is going to react well to mocking princess diana
especially in the lgbt community when diana was the only royal to show support during the aids crisis and worked with charities that were dedicated to fighting aids and supporting victims
katya was fighting a losing battle to begin with, in all honesty
you can’t even say the writing was excellent across the board like detox shouted about cake for a couple of minutes
but katya’s role was the shortest and the mood was set to be somber, yet she was read for the mood of her performance
she also had to cut the dress train to be able to perform, then got read for not having a train
she improved upon her glamazonian airways lipsync which was ignored
yeah her runway was terrible i’m not going to contest that point
on the other hand ginger had been delivering the same stuff she had been in season seven and had been safe twice
she’s talented but i honestly don’t think we would have seen more from her
alyssa is totally entitled to put her own opinion into the judging process
there were never any rules when it came to selecting, the rules the queens devised were fought over every episode, not everyone was happy with them
katya had more to offer and didn’t deserve to be sent home because one bad performance after having the better record over three episodes
it also speaks volumes about alyssa because katya is amongst the biggest competitors and i doubt they’ll get the chance to send her home again
