applejack wouldn't own slaves deliberately but she would hire help for the farm and eventually get more and more exploitative until they'd be functionally slaves, and she wouldn't realize until the others tell her and then she'd be ashamed of herself and let them go. she would not laugh at disabled ponies but she wouldn't mind if someone else did. pinky pie would gleefully own slaves and make ableist jokes, and she'd say she can reclaim the word retard. rainbow dash wouldn't really own slaves (she'd find it weird) but she would have a very mistreated assistant. she would also be genuinely ableist. twilight would own slaves and she is also genuinely ableist but in a very clinical and pragmatic way as opposed to rainbow dash's ableism which would be more of the bully variety. fluttershy wouldn't own slaves or laugh at the disabled, and she would meekly try to get rainbow dash and pinky pie to be less ableist to no avail. rarity would own slaves and support eugenics
