“You gotta be something though, peanut. school or stay home with me and do school.”
“I do not.” She frowned, looking up at her after a few seconds. “I wanna stay home.”
adeline-x-hart:
“How would you…wait, I wouldn’t tell him. Anyway. This is three times, Adrienne. Three. Are you wanting to be homeschooled?”
“No. I don’t want to be schooled at all.”
adeline-x-hart:
“That’s the same thing Adrienne. You know your Dad is gonna be upset, right?”
“No he won’t.”
adeline-x-hart:
“Wait, what? Why? Who did you call stupid this time?”
“Uh... The teacher? But I wasn’t even talking about her, I was talking about her book.”
adeline-x-hart:
“I’m kidding. I’m not that mean.”
“Mhm, sure you aren’t. I’m just gonna stay over here.” She shook her head. “Anyway. You need to talk to my teacher tomorrow. I forgot to tell you before.”
jacexcoleman:
“Oh yeah definitely. How much is each box?”
“Five dollars. And 75 cents for tax.”
avery-hart:
“Ten dollars I can do.”
“Sick. What kind do you want?”
adeline-x-hart:
“You can’t do that. If you want, we can try some string around it, and some string around a door knob and like…slam the door shut.”
“Heck no, techno! Leave my teeths alone.”
adeline-x-hart:
“You do? Are you gonna pull it for the tooth fairy?”
“Nope. I’m gonna glue it back in so it never falls out.”
avery-hart:
“That seems very expensive, I don’t think I can afford that.”
“I joked. It’s ten.”
adeline-x-hart:
“What, homie?”
“I got a wiggly tooth.”
adeline-x-hart:
“You know what? I think you may be right about that.”
“I’m always right, homie. But guess what.”
adeline-x-hart:
“I mean..I don’t know Adrienne. I guess that’s something you’ll have to find out,” She teased.
“I don’t think I am. Robots can’t go swimming or take baths. Or bleed.”
avery-hart:
“Oh sure, I’m sure people would love if we kept some in the house how much for two boxes?”
“Ten thousand dollars.”
adeline-x-hart:
“Yeah, I’ll watch it for you. Wait, so does this mean you’re a tamagotchi? Like you’re not actually Adrienne but a computer simulated pet instead?”
“Huh? No, I’m a girl. I don’t think I’m a robot girl. You’d know better than me, though. What if... When I’m sleeping, you plug me in so I don’t die? Like a phone. I could be a robot, I guess. Am I one?”
adeline-x-hart:
“Ok, but like, I’m your best customer, Adrienne.”
“I guess so. Can you babysit my tamagotchi while I sell cookies though? It needs to eat every twenty minutes or it’ll die. Like me.”
adeline-x-hart:
“Girl. I’ll take all the thin mints. All of them. Gotta stock up.”
“You can’t have all of them! Those are the best sellers, Mama. You gotta save some for my customers.”
