I feel like when I make art now, the only thought I really have is "what are people going to think about this?" Or "Will people like this?"

I used to draw only for myself and my own tastes, but now it seems my brain can only think about other people's approval when it comes to creating anything

I'd like to try and get out of that mindset because looking back at my old work (before I started to care what others thought) it had alot more character, and even a bit more skill. In some ways, it even feels like I've regressed because of caring so much about how people perceive my art.

I'd like that to change. Idk, just thoughts!
