On  “Radio Star“,CEO Han Seong Ho was asked who will he choose between CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa or FTISLAND‘s Lee Hong Ki as successor of his company. CEO Han chose the CNBLUE leader as his successor for his own company and directly said to him: “you are the only one who can reach higher heights than I have.”

The CEO also explained that Jung Yong Hwa does not create trouble and is very good when it comes to company politics. He further complimented him and pointed out that whenever he has free time, he goes to the company to take care of trainees.

Jung Yong Hwa did not hide his surprise and even joked if what CEO Han said could be considered a verbal agreement. CEO Han continued and stated that the CNBLUE leader is also the type to do everything well, further explaining his choice for the question.

The production team of SBS’ variety program “Running Man” revealed brand new preview cuts from the upcoming ‘idol race.’

The special guests of this ‘Idol Special’ includes Super Junior’s Ryeowook, 4Minute’s Kwon Sohyun, BEAST’s Dongwoon, INFINITE’s Dongwoo, Girl’s Day’s Sojin, Teen Top’s Niel, Eric Nam, BTOB’s Lee Minhyuk, and VIXX’s N.

During the show’s opening, Ryeowook, who previously uploaded behind-the-scenes photos from the filming, shared, “I’m actually in charge of ‘variety’ in Super Junior. I’m currently hosting various programs on cable channels.” The “Running Man” members added on, “We can just think of Ryeowook as the Yoo Jae Suk of cable channels,” causing everyone to burst into laughter.

It is said that as soon as the cast members and guests began the official missions, the idol members gave it their all with their ambitious spirit.

This ‘Idol Special’ of “Running Man” filled with mud and nametag games will air on February 8 at 6:10 p.m. (KST).

A broadcast official revealed  “Sunny and Jackson will be appearing as guests on SBS’ Lunar New Year special ‘Global Boongeobbang.’”

The filming for the show was hosted by Lee Kyung Kyu and announcer Kim Il Joong. The program lineup was packed full with many young guests, including Dasom, Park Min Ha, Hong Tae Kyung, Hong In Kyu, Yeom Kyung Hwan, Park Chan Min, and many others.

It is said that Sunny and Jackson were invited to be on the show after being chosen as idol group members that many children like, and brightened up the atmosphere of the recording.

This Lunar New Year special is scheduled to air on February 22 at 10:50 a.m. (KST).

Orange Caramel always becomes a hot topic whenever they come back for their unique and rare concepts. And they are coming back! After releasing “Lipstick” in September of 2012, Lizzy, Nana and Raina have been busy with their original group After School promotions as well as other individual activities. However, the three ladies of Orange Caramel are reported to have finished filming for the music video of their upcoming single. They are reportedly planning on releasing a new song in early March.

It’s been a busy New Years for the members of CNBlue. The four members spent most of January abroad finishing out their world tour in Japan, the U.S., Mexico, and Chile.  

Prior to their comeback, the members of CNBlue posted a selca taken while on set of their new music video. The description said, “CNBlue is currently filming a MV. Coming Soon.”

Meanwhile, it was previously announced that CNBlue’s fifth mini album consists of title track written by Jung Yonghwa. The band will make its comeback sometime in February. Also,SBS will be broadcasting CNBlue’s comeback show sometime in March.
