What other ships do you like that aren't as popular in the 14 community?

Oh my gosh, lots... There are some that didn't used to be popular but have been growing more popular these days, like Guydelot/Sanson and Sadu/Cirina, and I would say Fordola/Lyse has grown in popularity too which is especially cool since I don't think it was a ship at all until I started drawing them! 😊 They're my second favorite ship in xiv I would say.

I think most of the wlw ships I have in xiv would be considered rare pairs, a lot of them I'm coming up with on my own to see what kind of sticks lol. I particularly like M'naago/Kurenai and Ysayle/Heustienne, though I think the latter is also gaining some more popularity too! I also really like Lucia/Laniaitte, I think there's something fun about these lady knights who don't really get to do much outside of work, I think there's a lot of room to explore that! I like Misija/Mikoto too though it's definitely on the bad romance lovers to enemies type of spectrum, but I think it can be interesting to explore the unhappy parts of relationships too sometimes! Though I'm not usually much for hateships, I feel like in their case it's more like, there was something there and now it's sour but nostalgia and lingering feelings make it extremely complicated for them both (though mostly Mikoto)

I like a lot of job quest npc ships and I think those are especially rare since not everyone plays every job. I love Jannequinard/Quimperain from AST, and I like Silvaire/Leih from archer and Carvallain/Rhoswen from CUL/Limsa side quests though with those last two I tend to do it as a lesbian AU because I don't really like m/f ships too often. I do like some but it's not really my preference, it depends on the characters! I probably would draw a lot more of these sorts of ships but I get so shy about it, because the characters are relatively unknown and because people are prickly about lesbian AU stuff 😫 I'd wanna maybe draw shippy lesbian AU stuff with some of the SCH and BLM npcs also but I'm just embarrassed lollll

(Jumping in right here with an edit) I was actually chatting with someone on twitter yesterday about this lol I love Charlemend/Edmont as well!!! Let those old men find some joy in each other's arms 😊

This is already so long so I'll stop rambling here haha but I like a lot of ships!! I just really enjoy the characters in this game and thinking about how they interact with one another, or how they might interact if they've never met canonically :3

Fact: for about 10-15 hours a week lately, I am a printer handler.

Fact 2: I've fallen in love with these temperamental beasts.

Fact 3: I have gotten bruised from trying to unjam paper caught in the under belly.

Fact 4: this isn't actually new to me, I've always thought printers were alive with their own personalities. I just have to deal with them more regularly now so I made a zine about it.
