Did some more unpacking today.

Came across a couple of notebooks, and in one of them there were exercises we both filled out, likely in relation to something I instigated in the hopes of healing what was already so clearly broken.

This was from at least a year before he decided to separate. So for at least that long (but very likely longer) he knew about me being worried about us not making it/him leaving me/him cheating.

And he did nothing to improve things or to show he was going to keep his vows.

And he did the exact opposite and proved every single one of my fears true.

He really was a weak ass, coward of a man. And still is.

Crazy that in May I had a hard time with decline crunches and even seemed to strain one side while doing them.

Did them again today for the first time since May, and was able to easily do them. So much so, I added a 10 pound plate for my last couple of sets just to see, and was able to easily do them with the added weight. :')

Also here is the total weight I've lifted this week. I'm wiped.
