Crazy that in May I had a hard time with decline crunches and even seemed to strain one side while doing them.
Did them again today for the first time since May, and was able to easily do them. So much so, I added a 10 pound plate for my last couple of sets just to see, and was able to easily do them with the added weight. :')
Hear me out but if boys need to learn how to wash dishes and do laundry then girls need to be able to mow the lawn and use a weed whacker
