Includes entire OST. LiS inspired music by Koethe, LightMyFire, and Riley Hawke. And other songs that fit the LiS vibe. Check out my other playlists too; made for Pricefield, Amberprice, Max, and Chloe.
you know one of my favorite things of Life is strange is the soundtrack, i love that kind of music! can you recommend me a playlist or a fanmix please? btw your art is fantastic!
I love that kind of music too, anon. ^^ There are some great LiS inspired musicians like Koethe and Riley Hawke, if you haven’t heard their stuff before. (Also Max’s voice actress Hannah Telle released an album last year!)Might not be exactly what you’re looking for, but I do keep a list of songs I’ve listened to to whilst drawing LiS fanart.. because everything I draw ends up with one specific song I’ve overplayed whilst working on it. So here’s a weird little playlist of those (b-but if anyone else has proper mix recs..?)Message to Bears - You are a memoryFink - Too LateWolf Larsen - If I Be WrongJulien Baker - Go HomeSleeping at Last - SaturnLucius - Two of Us On The RunConnor Youngblood - The Birds of FinlandVancouver Sleep Clinic - Someone to StayThe Irrepressibles - In This ShirtLights & Motion - As The World Goes AwayBlackbear - idfcThe National - Without PermissionCigarettes After Sex - Nothing’s Gonna Hurt You BabyNothing But Thieves - If I Get High Arcade Fire - DimensionsJosé González - Stay AliveAngus & Julia Stone - Wherever You Are The Antlers - Putting the Dog to Sleep Hammock - Tornado WarningEmmy The Great- Where is My MindSOKO - We Might Be Dead By Tomorrow
Oh oh oh is “where is my mind” the song you listened to for the pic I think it is? 🤓
I should look into listening to these sometime, I didn’t know you had this playlist.
hi! I really like music. I put one of my playlists based on the game’s OST and characters on spotify for y’all. It’s a mix of all kinds of indie, singer songwriter, post rock, folk… there’s even a punk song in the middle.

@destiny-smasher Heh, yep, that’s the one. It’s a version I’ve liked for a while, s’one reason I recognized the melody in Mr Robot so quickly. You should give them a listen if you want, there’s enough variation there maybe you’ll like at least.. one thing. ^^’ @ unknown-knowns-ao3 This is awesome, thanks! I can see so many good songs on there.
Some more great suggestions from other people! ^^
Yeah! I mentioned the artist, but she did make Overexposed specifically for All Wounds, so I’ve got a soft spot for it. (I Still Do is another one I really like. I mean, the whole album is fab and you should definitely check it out if you didn’t already.)
Hope this all helps the anon looking for music recs~

I also have a LiS inspired playlist! It has all the songs from the OST and all LiS inspired songs by Koethe, LightMyFire, and Riley Hawke. Plus songs that just fit the LiS vibe.
On my Spotify profile, I also have playlists made for Pricefield, Amberprice, Chloe, and Max. So if you guys are looking for more music, feel free to check them out!
I REALLY want a prequel DLC, kind of like The Last of Us Left Behind. We could play as Chloe or Rachel and takes place either before she went missing or during from her perspective. Either way, I would like to see Rachel’s story and even more of Chloe’s too. In TLOU Left Behind, they introduced Riley and we also got to learn more about Ellie. I’d love for that to be the case with Rachel and Chloe.
I turned on the sound expecting to hear someone mocking this cat for backing up like this. That was not what I got.

Fell In Love With _____
I’ve never fallen in love with a writer. But I’ve fallen in love with a woman, who saw the world through a lens, A woman who could create with her hands, And a woman who took what she felt and turned it into something physical, and often violent. I’ve loved them with all of me, and I loved them all differently. And it makes me wonder, as a writer, what it’s like to fall in love with a writer. Because I’ve loved a photographer for the way she saw the world through a lens. How she took a piece of it, froze it, and kept it locked in that moment of time. How she saw the world at angles and through a perspective that others would often ignore or overlook. And I fell in love with the way she captured sunsets and sunrises and the way the moon shined bright against the silken background of the night sky. I fell in love with the way she shared with the world the way she saw it - through reflections in puddles after a storm that captured brief moments in time that only she saw. I loved her for the way she saw a world full of color but still admired the black and white. And I’ve loved an artist who could create and destroy with her own two hands. I loved her for the way a pen could easily glide across the paper in between her fingers to fill the blank white space with something that was part of her. I loved her for the way paint would smear across her skin while in the heat of the moment. She could take a glob of clay and turn it into something only she saw: an image that was trying to escape from behind her eyelids to the physical realm. I fell for the way she twisted the world before her between her fingers to create something new to be added to it. I loved her for the way that she could make something remarkable that hadn’t existed before. And I’ve also loved an athlete for the passion she had to keep her own body, which was her own artwork and masterpiece, in shape. I loved her for the way it broke her when she could no longer physically do what she wanted, because it was a pain that I could not understand. I fell for the motivation she had to keep pushing through; the dedication she had to return to the physical shape she had been in before. She could hike through mountains on trails in places I’ve never been. The world was a playground for her to run through. She was an adventurer who could go out and discover new landscapes. I loved her for the eagerness and passion she had to keep moving. I fell for the strength she had to both rise and fall, for the violence when she was down and the joy when she was up. I loved her for the way she turned each muscle into a tool, like a photographer with a camera or an artist with a brush, and that was her spirit. I fell for their passion and intensity, each one different and unmistakably beautiful. I fell for the way they made me see the world through a different lens and feel new emotions by watching them through their struggles. But more importantly, I fell in love with them as a person; more than a photographer, an artist, or an athlete. And I selfishly wonder what they saw in me and if they fell for the words that are my passion... -R.C. McMillan

There’s so much more to life than finding someone who will want you, or being sad over someone who doesn’t. There’s a lot of wonderful time to be spent discovering yourself without hoping someone will fall in love with you along the way, and it doesn’t need to be painful or empty. You need to fill yourself up with love. Not anyone else. Become a whole being on your own. Go on adventures, fall asleep in the woods with friends, wander around the city at night, sit in a coffee shop on your own, write on bathroom stalls, leave notes in library books, dress up for yourself, give to others, smile a lot. Do all things with love, but don’t romanticize life like you can’t survive without it. Live for yourself and be happy on your own. It isn’t any less beautiful, I promise.
