Iโm sure you are aware already but there is very much an inner circle of hardcore GNR fans that are extremely picky about who they allow โinโ and who gets to the rail. Anybody who is an outsider is generally treated poorly, especially if they are a young woman and are huge Slash or Axl fans. Iโm sure thatโs what happened with this girl. She was cute and young and they saw that as a threat and have made every effort to push her โout.โ But they arenโt the ones actually making the rules like they like to think. And anybody who can afford to pay for a pit and/or VIP ticket and attend multiple events and shows have the same โaccessโ as they do. They just donโt like to hear that. All it takes to catch the eye of Slash or really any of them is be a young and attractive woman, make the effort to show up early in line, and have the money to throw at tickets.
This is completely true and a hundred percent correct. It's almost creepy when I've seen people have such a possessive view on their favorite rock stars. It's unnecessary. They genuinely believe they are the gatekeepers and that these people "Belong" to them. It's gross.

It's liberating to know that there are still sensible people in this fandom who aren't fooled by the "poor mother" image that this despicable and selfish woman tries to sell.
38 years have passed since then ๐ธ
On August 16, 1988, Guns N' Roses made Giant Stadium in New Jersey sizzle with an explosion of rock and attitude.
Alongside veterans Deep Purple and Aerosmith, the band was responsible for kicking off the day of shows and getting the young fans jumping with powerful choruses and memorable riffs.
Many images from this show were used in the official video for โParadise Cityโ, released as a single at the end of the same year as part of the marketing for the already successful โAppetite for Destructionโ.
P.S.: It was also the day Duff gave us the iconic "period i guess," so let's celebrate that too ๐

โThis one. She keeps holding these different signs. 'I'm just here for Duff.' Awesome! But why are you aimed at me with that sign? That's like a, fuck you, I'm here for Duff. Awesome.โ
