As an ace this is the only time "you just haven't met the right person yet" has made me laugh lmaoooo
@boatingbrookcosplay
I’ve complained abt a lot of the Trigun Stampede character designs but just know that when I do I’m never talking about Zazie cus holy I rlly do think that their design in Stampede is such an upgrade from their other versions imma be so real it is genuinely so sick
Im spreading this post like wildfire
Can we take a moment to talk about the distorted plant theme with knives this episode, bc that got me
After intensive research I have concluded that they somehow managed to make Stargaze Livio paler than every single Genshin Impact character. I could not find a single one lighter than him. Which is truly a feat honestly. I’d be impressed if it weren’t so atrocious.
@bewarethecircles
Upon popular request I’ve added the white pharaoh for reference
Manga Vash wouldn't beat up his Gaze counterpart for hesitating as long as he did - he took forever to pull the trigger on Legato too!
Manga Knives to his Gaze counterpart however? Battle for the ages, get his ass
Can't take this shit seriously anymore
Yall better treat 98! knives REAL good after his new design in stargaze
I have another annoying trigun rant again…
Im gonna be real, when I first got into Trigun, I couldn’t care less about the filler episodes and moments where it was just the characters being silly and interacting with the people not necessarily important to the plot. However, stargaze has made me realize just how important those seemingly “unimportant” moments are in the grand scheme of things.
For starters, it serves as a nice breather from the otherwise very plot heavy story. Also, it’s just nice seeing the characters be a little silly before facing the horrors. But more importantly, I have come to realize that those moments where the characters (ESPECIALLY VASH) spend time amongst the humans are so so sooo important in hammering in the later themes of the manga. In particular, having Vash interact and involve himself with a multitude of situations helps test his ideology while exposing him to all walks of human life. This, in my opinion, helps further strengthen his role as humanity’s sole representation in the battle between him and knives. He has seen and experienced so many different things because of the people he’s interacted with…he’s the perfect bridge and representation of humanity.
With this being said, I really can’t say the same for trigaze Vash. Asides from WW, the girls and a handful of other characters, it really feels like Vash’s interactions with humans has been confined to a small bubble of people. Combine this with the fact that there hasn’t been any character that pushes back against his ideology, he still hasn’t had the chance to see all walks of life, to see the tough decisions that these people go through everyday in just a casual setting. And here I’m supposed to believe this guy is gonna represent humanity in the last fight? Nah…I can’t convince myself to believe that…
LONG STORY SHORT, I’ve grown to appreciate those filler moments even more now that I’ve seen what a lack of those moments has done to the story.

Im sorry, i hate the white/gray hair, 8 just cant do it it dosent look like him anymore
Gonna go to sleep to pass the time, best of luck to the people running ao3 and stay strong to the people who want to use it, see yall in the morning
This was a whole lotta fun to draw
the thing about vash is that he is an sa survivor and too many if y'all are too uncomfortable to admit that it's one of the core aspects of his story
This is how it feels watching Trigun Stampede tbh. I'm holding out hope that Stargaze can change my perspective though
Yeah this is me with stampgaze, im just hoping that most future fanworks stick mostly to trimax bc there have b een too many times where my least favorite version of an ip has been the most popular
Ok i am the trigun stargaze plot #1 defender but if they dont kill wolfwood i wont be able to do it anymore
