He's so competitive. 😭 He knows this is just training, right? Like?? 😭 I also can't tell if he's trying to mess with Unai because he always does that too. Wouldn't be surprised if Pedri was overblowing something miniscule just to get Unai annoyed.

Hello friends, does anyone have recommendations for non-fiction books/essays/memoirs regarding football? Specifically looking for reading connected to FC Barcelona, Athletic Club, La Liga in general, and Arsenal FC, but I'll also happily read anything about Manchester United, any national team, and politics/history about footy too. Thank you in advance 😚

No one asked for it but in my opinion, I think Arsenal were the far better team. PSG looked really disorganized and rattled by Kai's early goal. Kai being on the score sheet was amazing, but I also think there were missed chances for the second goal which may have been the difference. Ultimately, you can tell the Arsenal players were tired towards the end of regular time, but I did like how they pushed for some chances in overtime too. I guess as a "neutral" with a soft spot for Arsenal, I wouldn't call the game boring, but I wouldn't say that it was entirely Arsenal's fault if someone started doomscrolling through the match instead. I personally expected a lot of goals from PSG (because a lot of people around me said this would simply be the case, and, let's face it, after the PSG-Bayern legs, who wouldn't expect that?) and... that didn't happen lol. Arsenal defended well and PSG didn't make the most of their chances. I lost count of how many times they hit the side netting or the bar. It could have easily been several goals to Arsenal's one.

In terms of penalties, just bad luck all around. Arsenal conceded a silly penalty and PSG didn't score on top of it when they should have (because after that, I thought Arsenal got rattled) but I'm sure that Arsenal will have a strong run in the UCL again. Anyways, it's not the kind of final a great city like Budapest should have gotten.

Pedri being asked how Joan is doing and ending with "I'm happy to have him" is so fucking insane, btw. What do you mean you have him? He's yours? Just publicly claiming him like that? Oh my days, football yaoi used to be so subtle and now we have midfielders publicly claiming goalkeepers in interviews.
