Depressed Preds Who’ve lost their appetite

-The poor pred is so depressed they’ve completely lost their appetite despite their growling and groaning tum. They haven’t eaten in so long they feel a bit nauseous

-Even their favorite foods don’t make them hungry at all

- The prey is encouraging them to eat, offering to run to get or make their favorite foods for them to help them get their appetite back

-The pred huffs and says that nothing sounds good and that there’s no food they’d want to eat

-The prey blushes and timidly suggests the pred eats them to have something to calm their protesting tum and help them get their appetite back

-The preds eyes widen and they become flushed, stammering and asking if the prey is being serious

-The prey nods, and they both blush more as the pred lifts them to their soft lips and puts the prey in their mouth

-The pred savors the flavor of the prey. Their cute little friend being the only thing that is even remotely appetizing to them right now. The pred cant help but pure as the blushing pred has every inch of them tasted

-Unable to resist their growling tum, the pred swallows the prey, and rubs their now full belly, purring in delight

-The prey gently massages the preds tum, and the fullness of the preds tum helps the nausea go away.

-After a while the pred gets their appetite back and the prey either let’s them out or keeps them in their tum while they get something they can digest, feeling a lot better mentally and physically

Imagine having a vivid nightmare and getting comforted by your pred

The paranoia still clings to you as you make your way towards their bed

You tap then gently first, the shake their arm, practically begging them to wake

You’re still shaking and clamy when they pull you in bed, hold you close to their chest

They mumble protective sweet nonsense into the fabric of your shirt

Lifting to their face, the give a few sloppy reassuring licks in between Promises of safety

For once they don’t take forever tasting you and bring you quickly to their core

Above you their regular heartbeat anchors you a bit more to reality

A soft pressure from their hand out side and more drozy reassurances are sometimes enough to help you sleep through the night

Sometimes they read outloud or you two talk into the wee hours of morning

You’re finally asleep by the first rays of dawn

All is familiar warmth, of anouther living being all around you. The nightmares are chased to the far corners of your mind, overwhelmed by the comforting presence engulfing you.
