[ID: Art with partial colour in the lowest images showings moments of the scene on the train in The Rundown Job where Parker and Eliot silently look at each other and decide that she'll destroy the virus and Eliot will create a diversion. The images are drawn with simple shading and overlaid in classic comic toning, and between them are the words "We do things they can't...won't. Does that make us bad? It makes us...us" End ID]

Day 31: Teamwork
The Rundown Job is filled with illustrations of the perfect teamwork between the OT3, but I don't have time to draw them all XD
This moment just demonstrates the unique understanding between Parker and Eliot, that they can and will do what the others can't, and that without question or needing a word they agree that they'll risk their lives to protect Hardison (and billions of people who could be affected by the flu, but mostly Hardison)

I'm also going to choose this art post to add a link to my Etsy where I sell prints (also eventually I hope some other stuff like stickers, fabric transfers etc. but I'm still testing out options for these to make sure they're good quality)
It needs work and only has a bit of my art at the moment (partially because I can't put any whump on there, but also because I don't organise my laptop well enough to be able to easily find art I've done) - if you happen to want to buy a print of anything I've posted on tumblr and it's not listed on my Etsy, you're more than welcome to message me and I'll either add it or make a special listing
[ID: Greyscale sketch of Parker, Hardison and Eliot sitting on a couch. Hardison has his arm around Parker, who is leaning into him and has her legs extended to rest on Eliot's thighs. Both are smiling at Eliot, who is playing the guitar. End ID]

Day 23: Parker x Hardison x Eliot
Christian Kane and Aldis Hodge as Eliot Spencer & Alec Hardison in LEVERAGE (2008—2012)
The moment Person of Interest officially became Batman.
Kids, this is what we call a locked off comedy frame.
#there is nothing funnier than someone getting tackled out of a Locked Off Comedy Frame in the background #again a case where djawadi scored this with the regular ominous srs bsns music

Look, you told me that it's about control. About knowing that you're never gonna be the victim. And that's what keeps you going, right?

leverage redemption is the classic story of someone adopting a shelter pet to help them deal with grief but the pet is a 50 year old lawyer and the shelter is the boston museum of art
They did that scene from The Umbrella Academy before it was cool
Leverage (2008) // eliot fighting for his life in the background
nathan ford kinda one of the craziest characters of all time. like hes a sad middle aged catholic washed up divorcee who worked in insurance and has a drinking problem right? theres a very specific image created by that description. but then you learn like a little more about him and its like woah buddy! like ok so yeah so hes all that but also hes terrifyingly pistol whip smart hes deeply grief stricken. hes the son of a mobster. hes been in a psychosexual situationship with a thief who shot him for like a decade. he treats people like a chess match. HE GAVE A GUY A NOSEBLEED WITH THE POWER OF HIS MIND. and hes got all this going on whilst hes running Righteous Revenge AnonymousTM and garnering a reputation as the leader of one of the most dangerous crews in the world. genuinly one of the most psychologically fascinating charactees of all time ever.
eliot pretending he hates hardisons chase mix and then immediately singing (HARMONIZING) along with him and then pretending he hates it again. girl u have made my whole day
Random leverage quote of the day for me to go insane over: 'Does parker know you got hardison killed?'
Because wow. First of all that's a very clever warning, basically a threat from sterling's part. With this he tells nate he knows his team inside-outside, tries to get under his skin with bringing up the failure of his plan, and reminds him even if parker is alive, after this, he can't count on her anymore. Second, it means parker's reputation apparently went from 'she works alone' to 'if you bring harm to alec hardison, you made an enemy in her'. Tell me about changing together

Aleyse Shannon as BREANNA CASEY in Leverage: Redemption (Season 3)
"We didn't want to make Sophie the evil stepmom. Sophie was the awesome stepmom...And so [Astrid] is somebody whose life was destroyed by crime. She assumes her stepmom disappeared because of the shame and was trying to dodge the publicity. Her dad died. She lost everything. She would become kind of Monte Cristo-like. She would become, to a great degree, Nate, who grew up in a life of crime or had his life twisted by crime. And so we just wanted the idea that this daughter you need to reconcile with…couldn't be someone you go and have coffee with…Every encounter with this person is dangerous…This person doesn't [like] what you represent…This person is your new foil." - John Rogers on the podcast for The Crowing Achievement Job
I do think Lara is Sophie's "real" (birth) name, not because Gina confirmed it via Twitter, but because it seems clear to me that she writes Lara on the napkin she gives Nate for Christmas at the end of The Ho Ho Ho Job, after he gives her the "your name here" pendant. Her Christmas present to him is her "real" name. Still, when he uses it in his proposal, she tells him it's not her real name, because it's not anymore. Because Sophie is Sophie's actual real name. That's the name she uses with the team, her family, it's the name she marries Nate under, and it's the person she chooses, every day, to be. Whoever she was in the past, however many aliases she went by and characters she built, all the lives she lived, she is Sophie now.
