In business, there’s a process where every quarter you measure your KPIs (key performance indicators like revenue, profit margins, customer growth and conversion rates). These numbers tell you if you’re on track, where you’re excelling in your business and where something needs to change
But most of us don’t do this with our lives. We set big goals in January, then wonder why we feel stuck by December. Life moves fast and without check ins, you can drift far from where you want to be. A quarterly life audit helps you course correct before you end up burned out or living on autopilot, taking on a ton of things that weren’t even part of the plan
What if we audited our lives the same way we audit a business? I made a short easy list of some questions you can ask yourself every few months :)
Health KPI
How do I feel physically on a daily basis?
Am I sleeping well, moving my body regularly and eating nutrient rich foods?
What one change would give me more energy?
Relationship KPI
Do I feel supported and respected in my relationships?
Do I feel valued and connected with the closest people in my life?
Is the love is receive balanced with the love that I give?
Who do I need to set boundaries with or spend more time with?
Financial KPI
Am I saving, investing and spending in alignment with my future goals?
Am I moving toward my professional or business goals?
Is my spending aligned with my values?
What’s one smart financial move I can make next quarter?
Personal Growth KPI
Am I learning, growing and challenging myself?
What did I learn this quarter?
Where did I step outside my comfort zone?
What limiting belief or habit can I leave behind?
Happiness KPI
When did I feel happiest this quarter?
Am I living intentionally or just reacting?
What small rituals or experiences can I add to make life more enjoyable?
Since most of us will be spending Valentine’s Day at home, I thought some at home table side drama like a Baked Alaska with cotton candy fla
