I update way more on Facebook, so anyone who sees this is more than welcome to add me on there. It's too much to keep up with everyone on here when I don't use it every day lol. My Facebook name is Sarah Walton.

Ivy Update:

Ivy had her echo a couple weeks ago. It was good. Where the foramen ovale is, it's slightly enlarged, but not enough to cause concern. The pediatric cardiologist we saw gave us some things to look out for, just in case it may become a problem, but she's confident it won't. So I'm thinking the foramen ovale aneurysm they saw in utero was just how her heart was formed naturally on its own, and not actually that at all. Either way, she's a happy and healthy baby. We're still battling reflux. Zantac helps, but she's still spitting up. So at her checkup on Halloween, I'm going to see what I can do about that. She started teething and it's made her spit up more. So it may not be a zantac issue, just her body being a jerk. Breastfeeding is still going well. My supply is finally starting to get itself under control, especially at night. I'm not waking up severely engorged and dripping all over myself after 3 hours. I can go about 6-8 hours now before that happens. Which, currently, Ivy is doing about 6 - 8 hours stretches of sleep at night. But, I don't hold my breath for that being standard. Babies go through so many changes in the first year that once you get accustomed to their sleep habits and rejoice, they turn right back around and wake up every 2 hours lol *cough* Conor *cough* Ivy can: roll stomach to back support herself on her arms and hold that for quite a bit recognize faces from across the room smile wide coo conversations grab objects and bring them to her mouth sit supported Ivy loves: cuddles her brother when daddy gets home from work grabbing mommy's hair grabbing daddy's beard and chest hair bath time with mommy when anyone talks to her
