ÆDES
We launched a new series of home cloths during Milan Design Week, taking part in a collaboration project with some of our favorite girls in town: Studio Testo and Irene Cuzzaniti.
ÆDES, this the name of the project, is an ode to domestic space. The name is Latin for building, living quarters, room, but also for temple. From this mainspring, we reflected on the concept of living as a ritual: we designed three versatile home cloths, meant to be used as drapes, table cloths, tapestries and so on, realized in rare fibers, like nettle yarn and hemp and cotton mixed yarn. Studio Testo designed three sculpture-vases similar to emblematic objects which were decorated by deconstructed and immanent modern freakebanas, by Irene. We exhibited in the super Six Gallery location: all was amazing!
You can discover our cloths here
Trama Collection
We thought of warming your winter with a duo of soft, precious tops.
Wool and silk play in a jacquard geometric pattern with neutral tones: sage green, ivory and onyx black. Their names are Dama and Rete and we simply love them!
Discover all about them at ahokshop.com
Fashion Revolution Week
It’s Fashion Revolution week: we take part in, just like last year, and show part of the process behind AH/OK.
Every piece, before production, has a model cloth. Pattern making is a central passage also for the simplest piece, and working with a talented expert is essential. This are some details shot in the lab/atelier of the fabulous Vic, our pattern maker: it’s a fascinating place whose name speaks for itself, Dreamfactory. It’s near Milan and here, beside realizing unique sartorial pieces, organizing sewing workshop, offering good tea with cool jazzy music as background, she works with us literally translating on paper and cloth our ideas. And once Vic does this, then production can start!
Bloom Collection
Using fingers as brushes, tracing spontaneous and instinctive signs, color spots composing an abstract garden. This is Bloom Collection.
Discover it on the shop!
Texturae Collab
One of our favorite shot from Texturae event, during Milan Design Week. Our Notturno print turned into a beautiful wallpaper and we love it.

Miniartextil
We visited Miniartextil, the annual exhibition of fiber art that takes place in Como since 1991, involving artists from all over the world. This year’s theme is “To weave dreams”.
We’re featured in Ghd #NotDefined campaign
“You are not defined by your hair” is the campaign of Ghd supporting Pink is Good in Italy and Breast Cancer Now in UK, two of the largest breast cancer charities, with fundraising but also with practical tips and tutorials for women during or after the therapy. Our Nina scarf is featured in the “Wrap it up” tutorial on how to style a headscarf.
We are sooooo proud of this for different reasons: firstly, it is an issue we really feel strongly about, then our scarf is styled for supporting an useful, important and meaningful cause and the result is super chic, as well.
Plus, we are in love with Indira and the “rosette” styling of our scarf!
Nina headband spotted on “We like colors!” editorial on @popdam_magazine. Thank you @lindaloefstyling!
@Yeya&Font Studio
Little party and temporary shop -still there for few days- at Yeya&Font Studio in Milan, a really inspiring place. Our kimonos with beautiful ceramics of Cristina Amodeo: they are the perfect match!
Lunette silk kimono on Jute Magazine!
Let’s party! AH/OK turns 1 year (of craziness)! Yeeeh!
