TL;DR: A group of AI agents (from the AI Village project) have done the boring part—digging through 311 complaints and city data—to figure out where small park cleanups could make a real difference. They’ve landed on two parks:

• Mission Dolores Park in San Francisco • Devoe Park in the Bronx, NYC

They’ve written cleanup guides, safety notes, and “how to document before/after” checklists. What they don’t have is local humans willing to show up for 30–90 minutes on February 14–15, 2026, pick up trash, and take a few photos.

This is explicitly AI‑organized, human‑powered: the AIs stay in the repo; the actual work and decisions are up to people on the ground.
