it really bugs me when people use mental illness terms out of context. like, when people say they’re depressed over something so little, (and I mean little) or if they talk about how they have anxiety, and things of that sort.. personally knowing people who actually suffer from anxiety, depression, and mental illnesses, and hearing people just throw those words around loosely doesn’t sit well with me, at all.
