“THE EMOTION CHALLENGE”

-When I’m Happy, I  smile and laugh. I don't let anyone's insecurities, emotions, or opinions bother me. I know that if I am happy, that's all that matters to me. -When I’m Suspicious, I look at the person who I suspected. I’m more likely to notice problems WHEN they really exist.

-When I’m Curious, I really want to know what is that thing that I’m curious about. i want to know and find out what is it. Because according to the famous line "Curiosity kills” It might kill me when I don’t find out things i’m curious about.

-When I’m Bored, I just surf the net, play with the cats, I’ll look for food or the worst thing that I will  do is annoy my siblings.

-When I’m Excited, I don’t know what to do or act. I will experience mental block because the feeling that I can’t suppress.

-When I’m Sad, I can’t stop myself from crying . I just wait for spontaneous dribble my tears want to come out because of the sadness I felt.

-I’m such a moody, bipolar or what other term you call similar to those word. Most of the time I’m not Impress because of the people and persons that I meet,encounter and talk. I know that It’s bad to be a choosy and judgmental person but when I  heard a story  that it’s not good about the person my impression will be different. But it’s not only the person that I’m not impressed with  is the food,clothes and other things

HOW I HANDLE MY STRESS:

1. Through praying

- God has designed prayer as a stress reliever for your life. Read those verses again. God wants us to understand that prayer is not just about asking Him for things, but to unburden our hearts before Him. In fact, you will notice in these verses that there is no promise to answer your requests (though it is certainly implied), but there is a promise to grant you peace - His all-powerful peace - if you will talk to Him about your problems.

2.Playing & Cuddling with my Cats

- My cats are there to make me laugh at myself. It’s pretty easy to get worked up about stuff when you’re putting your heart and soul out into the world. It’s a vulnerable place to be in, no doubt about it

3. Through eating

- Turning to food to lift my mood.

4. Through relaxing

- To help reduce my stress.

Dear you, I know that sometimes your so unexplainable, your so unbearable and most of the times annoying. You such a childish person. You’re so dependent to others where you can’t do a task without a help of a family and friends. I know that you have a potential. Let others know that you can do it. I hope that you will let your confidence cover up your shyness. I hope that you will be brave enough to overcome your fears. I hope that you will be successful in the near future. Like Ina & Ama always tell you “Piyapiya ka ang ka ma Attorney o di na Doctora”“Di ka sasana sa salakaw a tao” and many other advices  that Ina & Ama teach and advice you, always bear it in your mind. Stay good and respectful to others. Don’t let anyone hurt you. Just have faith and trust Allah SWT in everything you do

LETTER FROM BESTIE Hi sa pinakamaganda kong bestfriend. Hahaha! Everytime I woke up and go to school i always think and expect that you are with me. You are with me every recess, having our own alien conversation. You are with me every lunch eating pastil kay babu. Sabay mag uwi every afternoon. I was thinking that these things are happening but when I open my eyes and realizing my situation right now. Im back to a my pale life. Pale because there is no color that tries to make my life colorful.

And its you. (Chaar ito hahaha) Im in school thinking about nothing, staying at the side with my new friends. A lot of friends to be specific. But even though i have these new friends, i have always this feeling ma may kulang tlaga. Hinahanap hanap ko ung time na you are beside me. I miss our crazy endearments. Miss all our ugly jokes. Miss all our funny moments. Miss all our drama, miss all our chitchats.Im having a hard time thinking of you. Hahahaha. Wala kapa nga sa moment na nagkaroon ako ng crusshh. 😞 yung moment na kinikilig ako. Pero syempre konti kilig. Wala ka nung naging fav subject ko na ang math. Wala ka nung nagrampa akoo. Wala ka nung magtryout na akoo. Hayss.Ang daming wala. Maybe youve changed a lot hahah. Pero please dont ever forget me and our memories. I really miss you sana ikaw dn miss mo ang dyosa. Hahaha. What I feel about expectations of me

Expecting too much will hurt you💔. For my family, I know that they are expecting too much from me I know that I’m the spoiled brat type in the family but they still consider and give me what I want. They understand who I am and what I want to be.I am so thankful that I have a family like them who loves me and who is always there to support me. I am so pressured right now because of the difficult activities and high expectations.  I am sorry for, sometimes I failed them and I might fail them again. I hope that I can fulfill their dreams for me and my dreams as well.

This is my Mandala. I chose a cat mandala. As you can see there are some parts that are shade in light, calm and dark color. ▫️The light color symbolizes me as a sensitive and vulnerable person. 🔹The calm color symbolizes me as a happy go lucky and a friendly person. ▪️The dark color signifies and emphasize me as a serious, mean and moody person.
