CAREER GOAL or JOB OBJECTIVES This goal is focused on the next 3 months JOB/CAREER GOAL: To become a PNP GENERAL Steps I will take to accomplish this goal: 1. Have trust in God and to self 2. Study very hard 3. Do the best that you ever gave and; 4. Never give up EDUCATION; TRAINING GOAL: Avoiding low marks Steps I will take to accomplish this goal: 1. Listen to every discussion 2. Pass all the requirements requirements needed 3. Participate in every activity PERSONAL/WELLNESS GOAL: Have a healthy mind and body 1. Pray and ask for God's guidance (ALL THE TIME) 2. Make everyday a productive day GOAL STATEMENT: "Never do tomorrow something you can do today, because sooner or later you'll realize that time is much more than a pyramid of gold." WHAT DO YOU NEED TO REACH YOUR GOAL: To have faith in the Almighty and to self. Also, learn to listen and to speak out for what you believe in. WHERE ARE YOU RIGHT NOW IN REACHING YOUR GOAL: In the beginning, starting to become more and more each day. THINGS THAT ARE STOPPING YOU FROM YOUR GOALS: ⁃ Allowing negativity in ⁃ Lacking self-confidence ⁃ Pressure to what could happen next SOLUTION TO YOUR OBSTACLES: Make the best out of everything, ask for God's guidance all the time, make time for family's advice.

This works for me:

Stress is a state of mental tension that caused by life-related problems in work, school, people and etc. So these are the things that relieve my stress:

-I manage my time in doing tasks, from my idea I differientiate the light tasks and the heavy tasks.

-I share my problems or anything that I can share to my friends so that it would help me to let out of my feelings and get some weight off my shoulder

-I control my emotions and feelings on my problems so that I would find solutions or answers to my problems.

-Giving time for myself is one thing to relieve my stress because I feel that after all the things that I finished, it would be better to treat myself from all the hardworks that I have done.

-I accept things that can’t be change, instead I focus on the things that can be control.

“THE EMOTION CHALLENGE”

-When I’m Happy, I  smile and laugh. I don't let anyone's insecurities, emotions, or opinions bother me. I know that if I am happy, that's all that matters to me. -When I’m Suspicious, I look at the person who I suspected. I’m more likely to notice problems WHEN they really exist.

-When I’m Curious, I really want to know what is that thing that I’m curious about. i want to know and find out what is it. Because according to the famous line "Curiosity kills” It might kill me when I don’t find out things i’m curious about.

-When I’m Bored, I just surf the net, play with the cats, I’ll look for food or the worst thing that I will  do is annoy my siblings.

-When I’m Excited, I don’t know what to do or act. I will experience mental block because the feeling that I can’t suppress.

-When I’m Sad, I can’t stop myself from crying . I just wait for spontaneous dribble my tears want to come out because of the sadness I felt.

-I’m such a moody, bipolar or what other term you call similar to those word. Most of the time I’m not Impress because of the people and persons that I meet,encounter and talk. I know that It’s bad to be a choosy and judgmental person but when I  heard a story  that it’s not good about the person my impression will be different. But it’s not only the person that I’m not impressed with  is the food,clothes and other things

“DEAR ATE/KUYA”

Hi ate engr, Alhamdullilah nakatapos at nakapagtrabaho ka na. Idol talaga kita Sana magkapareho tayo ng IQ🤓 pero kapag minamalas nga naman. By the way yung mga libre mo sakin ha. I lalab you. Ingat ka palagi.  

 Dear kuya kipos, Mapipiya ka san? Masyado ka namng malayo wawa ka naman. Hindi ka nakakasa sa gatherings wawa ka naman☹️. Btw kuya, thank you naman at medj bumait kana. Sana nga lang tumigil ka nasa  sa kalokohan mo! Lalab kita! Ingat ka palagi!

Dear momay, Makasawa na mukha mo! You're so mean to me. Pero dahil malapig kanang mag-graduate pagbibigyan kita.

Dear kuya pangit, Ikaw ang pinakapangit sa lahat ng pangit. Sana magpakabait ka! Para naman mabawasan pagkapangit mo! Labyu parin.

HOW I HANDLE MY STRESS:

1. Through praying

- God has designed prayer as a stress reliever for your life. Read those verses again. God wants us to understand that prayer is not just about asking Him for things, but to unburden our hearts before Him. In fact, you will notice in these verses that there is no promise to answer your requests (though it is certainly implied), but there is a promise to grant you peace - His all-powerful peace - if you will talk to Him about your problems.

2.Playing & Cuddling with my Cats

- My cats are there to make me laugh at myself. It’s pretty easy to get worked up about stuff when you’re putting your heart and soul out into the world. It’s a vulnerable place to be in, no doubt about it

3. Through eating

- Turning to food to lift my mood.

4. Through relaxing

- To help reduce my stress.

“Watermelon Slush”

Whenever I am so stressed out whether it is personal or school matters, I really find time to buy just a little piece of watermelon and make Watermelon Slush! I got this idea from the stall in Gaisano Mall called “Thirsty”. I got inspired to make one because it’s sooooooooooooo mind-blowing, delicious and refreshing. Mind you, you should make and try one! :-)

     2. “Homemade Pizza Bread”

One thing that really works for me is making “Homemade Pizza Bread”. Making my own pizza somehow relieve’s my stress. I make Pizza out of sliced bread, fresh vegetables (Onions, Bell Peppers), hot dogs or hams, and most especially CHEEEEEEEESE! Biting that freshly-cooked-out-from-the-oven homemade pizza bread made me wanna say “Thank you, Lord”.
