de tu salud, no conocer reparo

más que tu permanencia defendiéndome.

Ambulo entre manías y escaleras

y de pronto me ocupas, desbaratas

peligros, soledad, desasosiego,

promueves hábito de la alegría

y desanudas inocentemente

hilos de tal desorden compartido

que yo me empiezo y canto porque estás.

Pero si me acabara de improviso

te dejo inolvidable testimonio,

es decir, en el aire y en papeles,

nuestra privada suavidad, la ilesa

manera de integrarnos, eso es todo,

porque de veras ya no tengo nada

más que la intimidad que nos ocurre.

No apoyo al veganismo para nada, me parece una idea absurda, pero es cierto que todo el sistema de ganadería y de agricultura que involucre animales tiene que ser prácticamente arrancado de raíz y reformado.

En el caso de Argentina y Sudamérica en realidad sería beneficioso para el ser humano y los animales volver al método de ganadería tradicional de los guachos con arriadas y pastoreo. No solamente por el bienestar de los animales (menos aglomeramiento, menos enfermedades, se crían al aire libre) sino que ese método permite dejar grandes extensiones de pastizal como corredores naturales, ya que los animales no pastorean en todos lados. Hay algunas organizaciones (Alianza del Pastizal) que están involucradas en eso.

Eso significará menos producción de carne, sobre todo para la industria de la comida rápida y la exportación, pero sería una mejora en muchos sentidos e incluso mejor que el complejo industrial de la soja.
