Silver Swan had it rough, but she's not taking in the whole picture.
Because if she wound up becoming Wonder Girl, she might've wound up getting married to some weird, creepy guy named Terry.
To be fair, she was tortured and brainwashed by Dr. Psycho, poster child of weird, creepy guys (and also have evil mind powers), so thinking things right wasn't going to happen by definition.
I don't need AI to write. I can create fake scenarios in my head perfectly fine myself.

diana and vanessa were sisters it's a pity that dc forgot about it
Whenever I think of rebirth Vanessa Kapatelis I get so mad. Like they reduced her from being Wonder Woman's little sister to just being an obsessed fan.
It's a change I can't get behind. I don't why they changed it, it's not better than what they changed it from, and I don't understand why DC writers and editorial kept it around. Pretty much everything that made this character and her story arc as Silver Swan interesting had been stripped out and deleted and the character had been left in a lurch because of it.

Saw the title and summary quotes and instantly thought about Diana and Vanessa. It really captures the essence of the downfall of their relationship (post-Crisis). Honestly, this is what hits me the most about Vanessa's Silver Swan arc.

Had this panel stuck in my head for some reason. It's from #71 "Home Again" by Messner-Loebs. The issue also had interesting asides, foreshadowing Nessie's turn as Silver Swan.
This made me wonder if the "Nessie as Silver Swan" turn was an idea being kicked around in the DC writers' room for some time or Phil Jimenez was simply good at picking up on threads other writers left behind?
They knew what they wrote and they wrote it on purpose! 😆😸😆
