My love for Pirates of the Caribbean knows no bounds nowadays
I couldn’t get this out of my head so I attempted to draw it and I am so happy with how it came out! If anyone is wondering the Pearl is 10/10 time consuming to draw.

Life’s pretty rough right now, so felt like drawing some soft (with a lil bit of fun spice) moments of these two babes ;_; and Archie MVP. Enjoy <3
the best part of Red Shoes and the Seven Dwarfs is Bunny just being completely over Merlin’s bullshit from the second they meet
Probably one of my most favourite commission pieces yet. That jlaire reunion had me weeakk. ✨❤️
Today is the day, USA! Red Shoes and the Seven Dwarfs is now available digitally to rent or buy in the US!
Currently, it is available on these platforms:
Amazon Prime Video Apple TV/iTunes Google Play Movies & TV
If you’d like a physical copy, the Blu-Ray and DVD release is September 22nd.
Why you should support it (legally if you can):
TLDR; it is cute, wholesome, and body-positive, and the indie Korean studio who made it has not yet been able to make back their budget for it. This is their first film.
This is a very cute, ambitious Korean-made film that has faced a lot of unfortunate hardship due to cancel culture jumping on this movie after seeing one poorly translated poster without knowing the actual story. Not only does it have stunning visuals, character designs by veteran Disney artist Jin Kim, and feature a beautiful, adventuresome score by Geoff Zanelli, it stars a plus-sized princess who loves herself and is confident in who she is from the very beginning, with no real desire to change herself (despite what you may think at first glance of this movie). It is all about body positivity, loving yourself and others for who you/they are, liking the body you are in, learning to let go of preconceived notions based around society’s standards of beauty, and treating everyone with love and kindness regardless of outward appearances (including yourself). Snow White likes herself from the very beginning and has no desire to change (she is also referred to as beautiful a few times in her real body). She doesn’t want to wear the magic shoes and be a typical-looking princess, she only does it because she has to in order to find her missing father. She doesn’t like what she turns into. It’s the male love interest that has the desire to change how he looks, and he is the one who has to learn to love himself and others for things besides only physical appearance. He learns that yes, looks are one of the things that make you ‘you’, but you are also made up of your personality and actions, and you have to love and accept the whole package. The most beautiful people in the world are the people you love (including yourself).

Some more Douxie explorations from the show! I wanted to do a sketch exploring what could be his relationship with his coworkers at the restaurant (hanging for a late dinner after closing hours). Drawings like these helped me think more deeply about the breadth of his life and the kind of person he was. I would love to do some fan art of my head canons of his work life haha! The rest were just expression explorations, looking back at these now, the way I drew him seems to have evolved. Hope y’all enjoy!
